They kind of taught me how to do them. They were a really good company. They were young guys who came out and did the windows so quick. In terms of price, I remember them being very reasonable. The people they sent were really nice people, really nice guys who were ok with animals. They were not letting them in and out even though they did indoors and outdoors. I remember being impressed with them. In terms of quality, they did the best job on windows. In terms of responsiveness and professionalism, as I recall it was great. In terms of punctuality, they were here for me. I would us their services again in the future; they are the first guys I would call.

It was great. They showed up a little early and waited patiently because I wasn't home yet. They were very thorough and didn't leave any mess. They were cautious with my broken window to not damage it further. I was very happy with the price. I would definitely recommend them

They come when they say they will. They're efficien and they leave the place looking good. You just feel very positive about using them. I will be using them again in a couple of weeks. Their price was very good.

In January, they could give us a same day estimate. The same person could have washed our windows that very day, but we chose to wait 3 days, until the following Monday to proceed. We had to move some of the furniture and knicknacks out of the way. The estimator arrived promptly and finished our 1700 square foot house within 2 1/2 to 3 hours. He explained which windows were previously scratched. All in all, since our windows had not been cleaned in a couple of years, he did a good job. Window sills were not washed but we had not discussed that. We had no screens to remove or wash.

I have a large house with a lot of windows. I've had these people out several times over the past few years and they have always done a great job. They are always here before the appointed arrival time and get to work promptly and are gone. Can't say enough good about this company as far as the window cleaning aspect.

They were fantastic both times. They are such pros in that they do quick work. They are super good guys. Their price was so reasonable. It was a lot of windows in both the houses. It was so cheap that it was unbelievable. They are on the top of the list, so they are absolutely coming back to do the next window cleaning for us.

I called Just Windows and was able to set up an appointment for washing just the exterior wall to prepare it for painting about two days later. The technicians arrived on time and were finished within an hour. They had to charge me a minimum for the job, but felt they hadn't done enough to earn it, so they also washed the patio, which I hadn't expected, although it needed it.

I took advantage of a Yelp deal for $200 off. They did a great job. I will have definitely have them out once or twice a year.

They got the windows really clean but I paid extra for them to clean the frames. They did not get the frames clean at all. I had to keep showing them the dirty frames over and over again. I just started cleaning them myself because it was so much. I will probably not use their services again in the future.

The work was completed in 2 hours by 4 workers. They were very quick and efficient. They also cleaned a couple of garage windows that I forgot about when I called. I'm really happy to have found them, and will be calling them once or twice a year.

I have a 2-story house with lots of windows, doors with windows and a couple sky lights. The workers arrived when they were scheduled and were very courteous. They even climbed up on the roof and cleaned the sky lights. They did a wonderful job and my windows sparkle. They also have a wonderful woman answering the phone and scheduling things. She is very pleasant and good at her job. She returns your calls (if you have to leave a message). I had to reschedule because the day we picked to do the windows it looked liked rain would fall. She accommodated me without a problem.

Crew arrived on time. Were careful not to wet newly finished wood floors. Did a good job.

I would not have any trouble calling them again. They did a good job. We would like to get on a 3 time yearly contract and I may also call them to clean our gutters as well. We were happy with their work and it didn't take them long to do the work.

I have the windows cleaned, once every year. They did a good job and I will continue to use them in future.

I've used this company for the past three years for window cleaning only. I was satisfied with the job they did for the price paid. This year, I asked they clean the gutters, an add on service they offer, and here's where I was disappointed. They cleaned the gutters with toilet brushes and dumped the debris coming out of the gutters onto the surface below (bushes, sidewalks, driveway), which I then had to clean up (in my opinion, they should have done this). In the service agreement, it ways tehy'll assure that the gutters allow water to run free, which I was never able to verify (and I'm not sure how they could have, as they never took any water up on the roof to check for blockages). The most disturbing thing was that they tromped and broke a few of the ceramic roof tiles (I was in the house and could hear them crack). They didn't even try treading lightly, it seemed. Of course, their warranty says they are not responsibile for broken tile, so I am spending way more to get thes tiles replaced that I spent to clean the gutters. They are good on the windows, but be aware of the add on services.

Wonderfully. The team of four appeared five minutes early and spoke with me about the work. They worked hard, quickly, and with quality. They were careful with my home's interior, leaving our hardwood floors, carpets, and other finishes undamaged by their work. Two examples: (1) Even the ladder they used to climb on to my roof had towels wrapped about the ends that would touch my house to avoid creating any scratches. (2) When they placed our window screens down on our hardwood floors, they placed a towel underneath the screens to avoid even the chance of the floors getting scratched. Two team members worked inside my home and two outside. They were attentive to detail, working on the windows until they were crystal clean and on the gutters until they said water flowed smoothly. They were flexible, not missing a beat when a particular window was inaccessible from either the inside or outside. They would creatively lean, stretch, and reach to ensure every window was clean. They worked through two years of muck in our gutters, which appear to be completely clean. We won't know for sure until the first rain. Overall, I felt great about their professionalism, timeliness, attention to detail, respect for the rest of the home, and pricing. I will work with them again.

Just Windows personnel were on time, professional, and quick. The work performed was excellent. Only issue was when the company tried to re-schedule our date and time mid-week prior to the service appointment. We refused, and they came as originally committed. I would recommend them to our friends. The service is a good value.

On time, polite, thorough and fast - I can't understand why I haven't used them before.

Excellent all the way around - scheduling, prompt arrival, professional demeanor. I have lots of windows in my Eichler and they did a stellar job...highly recommend them and would use them in the future not only for windows but explore their other service offerings as well. Icing on the cake - I got to use my Angie's list coupon!

We got good deal from them. We didn’t have the best experience but the owner called me and resolved it so it turned out okay. I would definitely use them again if I need more windows, but you have to be aware that the bidding process may not be as perfect as you would like.

They were prompt. They had four people in the crew and they were here only for about an hour and a half. They got the job done very quickly. I had a couple of questions which they answered. They were very good about calling back when I left a message. I was very pleased with their service. Their price was competitive.

They were great. They did a really good job. They were there on time. They did everything that we asked. We had them look at 1 or 2 more things while they were there and they did. They were really helpful and did a good job.

Company never retuned phone call. There is no way I would ever used a company that dose not resond to calls no matter how high they are rated

Couple of guys showed up. They called ahead to tell me they were going to be a bit late (that's great they called). Handed me the paperwork and started right away. They cleaned the gutters in about 40 mins and then needed a garden hose to check for drainage. Unfortunately, I had just moved to this new house and did not have a garden hose. I requested them to wait for a few minutes while I drove to the closest Lowes and picked up a hose. It was great that they agreed to wait. While testing drainage, they found one downspout that was completely clogged. They worked at it and got it cleared. They cleaned up all the debris before leaving. Overall I am very satisfied with their job. I was initially debating whether I should clean the gutters myself, but I'm glad I asked them to do it. They completed the job in a couple of hours which could have taken me a whole day.
