they did a good job for the price, very quick. some windows didn't look clean on the inside, they went back and check them again.

The crew showed up right on time, in a truck with Just Windows signage. They had ladders, and everything they'd need to get the job done. They team was professional, and treated the house with respect (wore shoe covers, were very careful when taking down screens, they vacuumed up any debris that fell to the floor from the window sills). My house is a one story, and I had 16 windows and screens cleaned. They did a great job cleaning everything, and putting it all back together. I'd definitely hire Just Windows again.

They actually arrived early. There were three men. They removed the screens carefully and replaced them after the windows had been washed. They were very efficient and professional. They wore shoe covers in the house. Eddie was the head of the crew. He did his share of the work and also acted as interpreter since the other two men did not speak English. I will definitely hire them again to wash my windows.

.everything went well , i'm glad they found that one window was fallen out of its rail and could have fallen from the second storey and the window beign double pain water had already gotten in between the panels, i'm already getting it fixed so i appreciate that they told me before they started on it.

There were about 4 men on the work crew. They were prompt, courteous and careful in their work. Our screens are older and they were careful not to damage them. They wore shoe covers inside the house, and were in and out in 2.5 hours. The windows look beautiful!

I found Just Windows based on Angies list recommendations, a recommendation I paid to Angies list to get! I went to Just WIndows website and notice they advertised a discount on Yelp.com for $200 window cleaning for $155. I purchased the voucher and contacted Just Windows to make an appointment. The first time I called was late at night and got the machine (as expected). I left a message with my phone number expecting a call back the next day. The next day was a weekday middle of the day, I called again thinking I would be able to speak to a live person, again I got the machine. Left another message with my contact information and waited a week without a single reply. I logged back onto their website to see if I could find another number. I verified the number was correct and found they have a form I can fill out to request an appointment. I filled out the form with my information and waited, another few days passed and still no communication either by email or by phone. I filled out the form again telling them how displeased I was. I then contacted Yelp.com and notified them about the situation. Yelp took a week to respond and offered my money back. I'm guessing Yelp.com couldn't contact them either. I'm glad I got my money back although it took so much time and effort trying to contact them then contacting Yelp to get my money back. I wanted to get my windows clean, It was terrible to delay cleaning my windows for over a month while I deal with this type of company. I have yet to hear from Just Windows. I would recommend everyone AVOID Just Windows.

Price was more than what I thought. But their response was good and they answered all my questions very well. They were honest and told all the prices and services.

Two gentleman arrived in a truck labled Just Windows, one rang the bell and said he was early, did I need more time, I replyed that I was ready. He introduced himself and his partner. They proceeded to clean all the windows, even my very dirty garage window. They did a great job, I will not wait as long as I did to have the windows done since I found Just Windows!

They did a good job on the windows. I would have liked them to clean up the dust that was left on the vanity below one of the windows however overall they were neat and i am very pleased.

They were professional, punctual, organized, and kind.

We had 3 guys for 4 hours so paid $57 per person per hour ($685 total). For that amount of money, they were unable to get spots off the windows, saying they were and quot;hard water spotsand quot; and they had to get and quot;some kind of chemicaland quot; that and quot;costs extraand quot; and and quot;you have to schedule it with the office in advance next timeand quot;. Huh? So, we paid our $685 and our windows are still dirty. I shouldn't have even paid them but I did. One of the gentleman complained when I asked him to remove an obvious handprint from a window before he left, saying that my son had done this after they had cleaned it. I don't know if this is true or not because I was not watching my son's every move (and he had left the house 30 minutes before they finished) but regardless, wouldn't you a) do a final inspection of the windows and make sure they are clean, and b) even if a child touched them while you were there, wouldn't you just clean them again without complaining? My son is 11, it is not like he was running around with sticky hands and smearing dirt all over the windows! They arrived late. They missed one window completely and had about 5 windows and 1 large screen that needed to be redone when I did my final inspection. They cleaned them when I pointed them out but it felt that their work was careless and sloppy. I liked the estimator and the office person, but the actual cleaning crew was terrible. Update: after reading my review, the President of the company contacted me and offered to send a crew out to make it right. They were so/so and didn't get all the spots off, but they did try their best and at least tried to be responsive to my complaints. The crew seemed very young and somewhat inexperienced, not great at dealing with customers, but at least they tried their best.

I was not present during the cleaning. When I got home, I was disappointed to see that the tracks were not clean. Further, one screen corner was broken and there was a large hole in the window ledge under a lower level window. (The ledge is built out with metal framing and covered with sheetrock.) My husband said the crew chief had pointed out the hole. What my husband didn't know was that I had moved decorative items off that ledge and knew there was no hole there. Someone must have dropped something that broke through the sheetrock. That someone must have covered up that fact with his crew chief. I called that day. The supervisor Jose was to come that Friday to see the damage. He called that morning saying he couldn't come. We left on vacation the following Monday, were home less than a week, and left again. There was no followup call from Just Windows. I called again when we returned. Jose came out 9/6/12 - two months after the cleaning. He took the screen and promised to fix it and send someone to repair the hole. I called on 9/19/12 because I had heard nothing. I called again on 9/24/12 since I hadn't heard from Jose. The woman who answers the phone seemed embarrassed by his lack of response. Finally, on 9/26/12, a man from Just Windows repaired the hole and returned the screen. I'm still looking for an excellent window cleaning service.

They were great and were recommended by a neighbor. They were quick, thorough and did a good job. They did their job and that was it.

What I like about them is they show up with four window washers and they are only here for about an hour where most of the window washers show up with one or two people and they are here half the, so they are in and out.

I called Just Windows and, after Angies List discounts, received a quote of $153.00 to wash the windows, screens, and window tracks on my two story home. Twice, I told the woman I spoke with I have two sets of windows. The crew of four arrived a few minutes before 8am to setup (scheduled for an 8-8:30am arrival time), and got to work. I noticed one of the fellows wasn't opening the outside set of window and washing the interior set, and mentioned it to the lead man. He contacted the office and a few minutes later I received a call saying I was quoted the price for a single set of windows, and that the woman I spoke with didn't understand my window configuration, so the new price is now $191.00. I was not happy about the price increase, but agreed to pay it. Upon completion, I noticed one of my screens was damaged...you could see where someone's thumb pushed through the screen when it was replaced after cleaning. I mentioned it to the lead man. He spoke to the fellow who replaced the screen, and interpretted back to me what the fellow said...and quot;it was already that wayand quot;. I told the lead man, that was not the case as in the last two weeks I'd just had two other screens replaced and would have had that one replaced at the same time. After further inspection, I found a second screen with the exact same damage. Then I found a third screen damaged...this was due to the way the (same) fellow was 'drying' the screen, by flicking a rag on it. To their credit, Just Windows 'made it right' by repairing the screens that had been damaged. The screens were back to me within two business days. After the crew left I had to clean the dried mud on my front walkway and scratched vinyl siding off my newley pressure washed siding and front walkway. My windows were very clean, but my overall experience was not good. Next time I will look for a owner operated business. My experience has been that they take more care in their work.

They are very fast and very efficient! They come about twice per year and I highly recommend them.

Excellent work. My husband who was out of town when the work was performed, commented on the sparkling windows. They came within the time range established and called to confirm. The foreman introduced himself and the team. Two guys outside and two inside. Quick. Efficient. Excellent work. One guy went around with me inside to check the work. If I spotted anything he took care of it immediately, (but much of what I spotted were scratches from painters who had sanded the window sills last year). The foreman checked in again at the end. I told him the work was excellent, but my only complaint was that one of the guys working inside had been singing at some points and I wish he had been quiet. The foreman was very responsive. (I don't expect perfection, but do expect that if I have any problems or issues that I will be responded to with curtesy and figuring out how to resolve for a future time). This foreman was excellent. Next time (I will use them again), I'll just tell the foreman to have the men working indoors keep it quiet. They really do deserve all those stars they get from customers.

I have used Just Windows for more than 10 years and have been generally pleased; however, this latest lack of professionalism has solidified my intention to find another window washer (and there are 100's in the bay area).First, I scheduled my appointment *weeks* prior. Two days prior to scheduled appt., they asked me to move my appt. UP by one hour, to accommodate them and a cancellation prior to me.Then, the day of, they called me to cancel my appt. When I pushed back (because I have a scheduled party for which I'm having windows cleaned), they said they'd be there between 1-3:30 pm. At 1:10 pm today, they called to say they now couldn't make it before 3:30 pm (**4 hours after confirmed time**). I asked for financial compensation and they said they would have a manager call.No such call has been received.Go somewhere else for your window washing.

The men were punctual, prepared with proper equipment, and worked well together. THey were neat and efficient.

I have used them several times. The first time they tripped my alarm and the alarm company had to come out. The owner of Just Windows gave me a complementary window washing and that was nice. They are very good, professional and do great work. They clean the casing around the windows, sliding glass doors and everything. They stand behind there guarantee. They are very good.

They did a great job, very courteous, work very fast, and do a wonderful job. Their price is good. I would use them again in the future.
