Description of Work: After calling my usual window washing service and being told they couldn't make it out for at least 3 months, I decided to hunt around for other options. Found "Just Windows" on Angie's List and gave them a call. I was pleasantly surprised that they could come out within days of my call, so I scheduled an appointment for the following week. Something came up and I needed to reschedule the appointment and had no problem rescheduling for a few days later. The 2 member crew arrived early, so my handyman let them in to get started. Considering the many other companies that give you a 4 hour window when they MIGHT show up, I appreciated 'Just Windows' being prompt. They did a great job cleaning the tracks, windows, and screens. The only things I might consider "issues" are: |1) didn't have a tool to get off dried paint spray from a sliding glass door. My handyman had a razor blade and he removed it for them. |2) The price for my townhouse rental, 7 windows/1 sliding glass door, was $140. Compared to another window washing business I've used for my personal residence, 'Just Windows' seemed more expensive. My residence has 22 windows/1 sliding glass door and I think I paid about $200 the last time it was done. I'm not going to grouse about it since I consider that the price I pay for having someone able to schedule appointments quickly and ends up doing a thorough job.

Description of Work: Just windows cleaned all the window panes in my parents 60 year two story house. They did a perfect job of cleaning every little (8 by 12inch) pane, both inside and out. They also cleaned the all the screens. I was very happy with the result, and pleased to have not had to do it myself.

THE CLEANERS DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME AND WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WHEN MOVING MY FURNITURE AWAY FROM THE WINDOWS AND TOOK CARE TO RETURN THE FURNITURE TO ITS ORIGINAL POSITION.
