Just Windows

A team of two did the job. They were careful, polite and good! They were a bit late, but they called to let us know (which worked out fine). We were pleased with the job and would recommend them to others.

The company sent four young men who arrived on time ready to work. They divided the tasks appropriately and one of the young men was acting as foreman. All were polite, clean, and for the most part thorough about their work. They did miss a couple of areas and if we noticed while they were still here they immediately cleaned those places up. When they left we noticed that one of the blinds was not as clean as we had hoped and that window was streaked. Overall, they did a good job. Everything was clean and neat and completed as I wanted, except for the one blind and window. I still consider this a B+ or even A- job and would definitely hire them again. In fact, this is the third year in a row that we have used them to clean our windows.

The windows were cleaned well. I would have liked them to put things back together the way they found them (blinds left up and furniture pushed out of the way and not put back). We let them know of a hole we found in one of the screens and they took the screen and replaced it. Good customer support. Good work for the price.

The team of 6 showed up promptly and finished within an hour. They were very careful and did a very good job. I especially liked that they removed their shoes, before entering the house. Note that you must ask specifically for cleaning of the tracks and frames when you make your appointment. Although I did not include this on my work order, the team leader was able to add this into the job, once I realized my mistake.

The crew of 4 arrived early (which was great!) and were done in 45 minutes. They worked quickly and did a great job, even cleaning the small globs of concrete on my front window left over from some earlier construction. They were friendly, explained what they were going to do and answered my questions courteously. The window and the screen cleaning does not include tracks and window frames, that is another $35. I asked if they could do that too but they were almost done and had another appointment to get to. I'll have that done next year as I'll definitely have them back once a year from now on.

The company arrived at the scheduled time. One of the crew spoke English well enough for me to be able to communicate with him. Windows came out great. Screens were washed as well, but the screen doors would not have been done had I not asked for them to be included. Overall job was very well done.

The group of 4 workmen were right on time. They took off their shoes in the house and were very careful. I didn't realize they wouldn't wash skylights, so that was the only disappointment. I wish they had asked me when I set the appointment.

They arrived within 15 minutes of scheduled time. They were professional and polite and took pride in their work.

I'm currently waiting for a refund for the blinds that were not cleaned. I have spoken to three people, but still to no avail, keep getting the run around. I do not suggest hiring this company for blind cleaning. However I did use them for the window cleaning- that they did well.

The workers were on time. They did a good job on the windows. However, they handled the screens very badly. They basically slapped them from the outside with a rag, thereby causing all the dirt to fall in a powder into the house. They also failed to do most of the screens. This was very disappointing. The workers had difficulty communicating in English.

Very professional and considerate. Arrived on time with 3 crew members, wore paper booties on their shoes, and were very polite. They did and excellent job and we will use them regularly in the future.

They called and confirmed the appointment the day before, and asked if it was ok if they came a half hour later, which was. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. One of the other companies I checked on your list and which I submitted an on line request for an estimate never contacted me. We have 2 story house and upper exterior windows are difficult for us to reach, no problem for the 2 guys that came. I will never wash my own windows again as long as "Just Windows" is in business and provides the excellent level of service that they did. I was surprised at the cost as well, as I thought it would be at least $200-$300.

I was very pleased with this company. They came when promised and did a wonderful job. We have a great many windows, and since their estimate was based on the square footage of our house rather than the number of windows, I really expected them to try to raise the price. But, no, they didn't say a word, just cleaned all the windows, the screens and the sills. The workmen were quiet and clean. They didn't rush the job but didn't dawdle either. I am extremely satisfied and will definitely use them again.

On time, very polite, crew leader identified himself and his workmate. They described what they were assigned to do, gave me a copy of the work order, and an envelope containing a brief job performance assessment (to be filled out after the job was done). They were organized and orderly. They were careful inside the house (removing shoes), got the job done quickly (1.5 hours), cleaned up after themselves, and notified me when they were finished. A very good feature: They present you with a checklist that records their assessment of the condition of your windows, doors, screens, etc., so that you know of any issues that they spotted. A great way to avoid confusion over possible issues later.

I have used this company for years and will continue to do so. They have always done an excellent job for me. Being in the real estate business, I have used this company many times for windows and general house cleaning for homes just listed and sold.

JUST WINDOWS WAS RIGHT ON TIME. THEY HAD THEIR TEAM COME IN, AND THEY PERFORMED THEIR JOBS QUICKLY, AND EFFICIENTLY. THE WINDOWS WERE SPARKLING CLEAN WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

Just Windows came to clean the windows of my home. I had a good experience with them and they did a very good job of cleaning the windows inside and out. They were very thorough and vacuumed the window sills also. I've used the company repeatedly.
