Left a message but two days later, haven't heard anything.

They arrived here on time. They did an excellent job, except for the screens. They washed the screens outside on the ground and made little holes on them. I called the company to complain and they said they were going to see what they could do about it and they never called me back. I do recommend them, but I would make sure that they would not put my screens on the ground while washing them.

Just Windows was quick to schedule my service and was able to give me a quote over the phone. As the weather was cloudy with potential showers on the day the windows were to be cleaned, I called to see if I needed to reschedule. They were very flexible throughout the day and when the weather looked to improve, they came by on short notice. Three young men arrived on time and were very quick in completing the job. I wasn't able to stay while they did the work, and so they billed me by mail. The only disappointment was a screen corner that was ripped, something I hadn't noticed before. As the screen is several years old and has considerable sun exposure throughout the day, I decided to replace it and did not mention it to Just Windows.

I had never used this company before and was pleased with how professional the 2 men were who cleaned my windows. They did arrive 1/2 hour late due to getting lost, but besides that they did a great job. They worked quickly , efficiently and were very neat. They cleaned everything to my satisfaction and I will definitely have them back again.

Finished on time in two hours. They cleaned the outside screen and skylight. The windows looked good and the price was good. Gab called to make sure everything went well.

From setting up the appointment over the phone to the billing, they have been great. Amazingly, they came at the time that they said they would (hard to find that these days)! Two guys came to do the windows, they were efficient and cleaned the windows well!

Smooth with excellent service - the windows were spotless and they were able to clean the outside of our second story windows in a safe and efficient manner. The only slight negative is that they accidentally left the side gate open but I was able to catch it before our dog got out.

The workers were very conscientious and detailed. They cleaned up after themselves well.

They called the day before to confirm the appointment and gave me a 30 minute arrival timeframe. They arrived at the beginning of the specified timeframe with a crew of four and were done in just over one hour. The work quality was excellent and the crew was friendly. The work was scheduled two weeks into the future, but that was to accommodate my schedule.

They did a good job for us. They quoted us a price over the phone based on our house size and they stuck to the quote. They got back to me in a timely manner and were professional on getting job done.

Excellent job - on time, worked really quickly and did a fantastic job. The windows actually sparkle! Very reasonably priced; will definitely use them again in three months. Just outstanding in every way.

Just windows gave a fast and reliable service, gave an estimate over the phone, quote is based on square footage of place and any special windows. Placed the call on Tuesday and had a crew here the next morning. The quote was $103 for 1350 sq ft inside and out. Would use again. Just be sure to check their work as they will try to get in and out without a final inspection.

The team of two men showed up a little early and got right to work doing the inside first. They used protective booties to keep my carpets clean. They worked steadily and finished in about three hours. Everything went smoothly, with the following minor exceptions: One screen frame was bent slightly when I looked at it after the washing, but I cannot say whether that had happened before they worked on the window or not; it straightened out easily. A piece of weatherstripping came loose on the same window (which is never open), but I was able to push it back into place. The workers reported to me that another screen had a corner frame piece missing. There were a few drops of dirty water in the tub near one window that I sponged up.

Overall we were very pleased with the company. We had both our interior and exterior windows cleaned in a 1500 square foot house. I think the person who cleaned the interior windows did a better job than the guy doing the exterior but they still look great. I called several other services and I appreciated the fact that this company charges by square footage instead of by the window.

Excelllent. Workers arrived on time and were very thorough, although I did have to ask that they address a couple of outdoor window sills where dirt remained and some oily spot on one of the garage windows. Overall, they were very professional.

I was completely satisfied and very impressed by their efficiency, courtesy and the finished product! We had a team of 5 people, led by Luis, a very capable young man. The team arrived and finished on time and did a wonderful job. They moved furniture as necessary and replaced it in the correctly. They also worked around the schedules of four babies who all have varied nap times! We felt the price was excellent and will hire them next time!

A very positive experience right from the initial phone call, so much so that I didn't even bother to get a second quote. The price was simply based on square-footage, no further estimate needed, so that saved a step. The team arrived 15 min early and worked very carefully and conscientiously. They were polite and professional and did an excellent job in every respect. I have recommended them to others and will certainly call on them again.

They arrived on time after calling to reconfirm appointment. My very, very dirty windows were cleaned extremely well and the team was friendly and courteous. I think they do a superior job and I will use them again.

They are awesome. Their pricing is excellent. They clean very high windows. They clean window tracks too, if needed. I always use them.

Great job. They showed up 30 minutes early which was fine since I had someplace to be later. It was a crew of men so they were able to do all the windows in about an hour.

Made an appointment with them. We asked to have everything cleaned on the windows and blinds. They did an excellent job with the windows, spotless. Blinds, too. They didn't clean the sliding window tracks. Even though we asked for it, they said it would be an extra $35. Had to call them multiple times to get them to come back and do the tracks at no extra cost. Forgot to clean the top of the blinds (valance). Did come back right away to fix this.

Before I signed off, I checked windows. While downstairs was okay, two upstairs windows needed extra attention; and had not been done satisfactorily. I chose not to get in an argument about this. Litter was left in several places in yard.

Scheduling a cleaning appointment was easy. I called a few days ahead of the day I had in mind and got the day/time I wanted. Two guys arrived right on time, went right to work, and did not stop until the windows were spotless. Seeing how we just laid down new flooring, they've asked if we had clean ladders they could use inside the house, a concern certainly appreciated. My wife and I thought they were thorough, hard-working, and professional and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Only cleaned the windows. Had to call company the next day to tell them neither screens nor sliders had been cleaned (husband was at home for the window cleaning and was not aware I had paid extra for sliders and screens so did not say anything the day they cleaned). When they returned two days later to clean sliders and screens, job was less than stellar and I ended up cleaning the sliders myself. The gentleman that came back to finish the job had told me the sliders were stained. Lo and behold, it was just dirt that had dried, not a stain, as it came off with 409. In addition, we had just had our carpets cleaned and I asked that they be careful near the large sliding doors in the bedroom. When they left and I went to close the sliding door, water had been dripped all over the carpet.
