Fantastic
Description of Work: The freezer unit in my Kitchen Aid refrigerator was leaking. Kitchen Aid customer Service recommend J & H and another company. I called J & H to come out. The technician suggested that I unplug the unit for 24 hours because that often fixes the problem. We agreed that I would try that and if it didn't work they would make a service call. Unplugging the fridge did work. Yeah! No service call needed. They easily could have come out changed out parts etc and charged me a lot but they did not. I'm sorry that I did not make a note of the technician's name that I spoke with but thank you guys very much for your honesty.

Description of Work: They were engaged to fix a gas dryer. The workman came without the correct |tools to fix the problem and had to reschedule the service. When he came back with the correct tools, he broke the gas valve on the dryer. I will not use this company again.

Description of Work: J & H came out to install a range hood I purchased from Sears...I wish I could remember the young man's name...I believe it was the owner's son...he was wonderful...efficient...cleaned up All the mess & disposed of my old hood, as well...just a great experience overall!

THE ATTENDANT CAME ON TIME (WITHIN A TWO HOUR WINDOW) AND FIXED MY WASHER FAIRLY QUICKLY. HE ALSO CLEANED OUT THE INSIDE BARREL WHICH WAS QUITE CORRODED WITH GUNK. OVERALL, A DECENT JOB.
