Faith Painting

As always, the company representative who provided the estimate was punctual, courteous, and gave me much confidence with his professional and "can-do" attitude. He was very accommodating and flexible with changes in the work order (e.g. they repaired an additional wall where I had replaced a lighting fixture for a nominal fee). The painter arrived on time on both days, and worked quickly and neatly. He left each day with the house in good order, so family life was in no way disrupted. Faith Painting does a beautiful job with wall repair and plastering. The quality of their work is exceptional. The only complaint I had was that the painter forgot to cover our front door when he was re-plastering a nearby wall, and ended up spraying the surface of the door with some plaster. Nonetheless, I am now a faithful client of Faith Painting for all my indoor and outdoor painting projects.

I used to be a painter. Now, wife wants me to spend free time with her, not painting our house. I got an estimate from Faith painting and was surprised at the low price, so I called. I asked all the professional questions, and they gave me professional answers. I wish we'd used them. Instead, wifey went with the painter recommended by our decorator, and it came to double what Faith had quoted - and, it took a month, as opposed to the week that Faith had proposed. They bring in a team and DO IT. Instead, we had a single painter and occasionally his boss. As I said, it took a month...

Our master bathroom toilet overflowed copiously into the master bedroom and soaked the rug and pad. We had to get a rug cleaning company to dry everything out over a period of about 4 days. In the meantime we were choosing a new rug and interviewing painters in order to improve the overall condition of the suite. Faith Painting was one of the companies interviewed. They sent out an estimate, and of the four companies considered, theirs was the most reasonable price. Although they could not come as soon as I hoped, they were on time and finished the job in 2 1/2 days. The color used was matched to the former color, and we were satisfied with the new appearance of the bedroom and bath. A supervisor checked in with us and our painter each day. We agreed to pay more than the original contract for some additional work, but that was our mistake in reading the contract. I would re-hire them if I had another occasion for re-painting other parts of the house.

A guy came out and looked at the outside of the house. He asked me a few questions about what kind of paint, where I wanted to use and stuff like that. He gave me a folder that had some testimonials from previous services. He was very nice. He then e-mailed me a detailed estimate. He did a fine job. We went with a different company that came and gave us an estimate. So, we would probably not contact Faith Painting again because we are really happy with the company that we ended up using.

From start to finish the experience went very well. First Raul and Ramon had to move some of my furniture out of their way. They managed very well and without supervision from me. They covered all the furniture and taped the furniture with protective plastic. They also protected the floors, etc. They worked very hard taping, texturing and painting. Every morning they arrived around 8 a.m. and started right to work. They took about 30 lunch break but went right to work. I appreciated the fact that they did not have blaring radio music to work by. They worked quietly and diligently. Will definitely use Faith Painting in the future for other painting projects when they arise.

The job was twofold: painting double French doors and mud/tape/texture a new wall around the French doors after they were hung. Both jobs were done expertly and the result has been getting a huge number of "Wow's" from my friends. After struggling mightily to paint some French doors I purchased, I call Faith Painting. They gave me a good estimate, and I was able to talk them a little lower. They picked up the doors when they said they would and delivered them on time as well. They quickly fixed some issues the doors had from being transferred back to my house. Then they offered a great deal on mud/tape/texturing/painting the new wall feature created by the door hanging subcontractor (not Faith). The Faith Painting gentleman who did the mudding/texturing/painting work took great pains to mask the doors and cover the entire room where the work was being done. He was extremely fastidious with the work he did on "mudding" the drywall, taping the drywall joints, putting texture on the installed drywall, and painting the textured walls and the door frame. The end result was an incredible job that looks like the mudding/texturing/painting was the original builders' work. I was expecting some areas where the texture and paint didn't match, but honestly I couldn't find anything that didn't match. Wow! Totally luxurious looking French doors and a beautiful new room! Now I have a fantastic new room in my house that actually increases the good looks of my house's interior. If I ever have to sell my house, the new room will help my prospects by A LOT. I highly recommend Faith Painting. You won't be disappointed with the quality or the price. I'm so happy!

Their proposal was great and their price was as good as another place. They were prompt and quite good. I liked it. Their price was excellent.

The ceiling was uneven and there were visible paint marks. So they basically remudded and refinished it. They did the work over a course of two weeks. They were great.

They were very responsive and they were quite clean. I had a very good experience with them.

They were very polite and very nice. They had come out when they said they would. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves well. They are not cheap, but they do a good job. They were wonderful.

They came out the same day. They were pretty professional, gave me a bid and it wasn?t the lowest one we got, and they did not follow up with a phone call.

Scott was responsive in coming to give an estimate, his price was about the same as two other companies, they scheduled the work in the time frame he'd said they'd be available. They estimated it would take 4-5 days to complete the work and it took 3. They cleaned up the house each evening so it was livable. I was happy with the work, the price, the professionalism of Scott AND the workers. I'm a detail-oriented person and they took care of the details! They even did a little texture patch job on a bad repair someone had done before we moved in - at no extra cost. On the 2nd job I hired them for (interior painting), it was decent (and the price was lower by ~$500 than the other quote), but they definitely didn't take as much care on the details. They painted over some mollies that they were going to remove, there were paint splatters on my shutters, there were some paint smudges on surrounding trim. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do the walk-through when they finished since it was ahead of schedule and I couldn't get there when they were ready to leave. I'll need to call them back to fix some things.

They are awesome. A lot of painting companies don’t want to come out and do small jobs and will charge high prices for it, but to them every job is important. We had them come out and paint two rooms and I said the two small, and the guy said not, every job is important to us. We also had them paint the outside of the house and were not here and left the house unlocked so they could use the bathroom. They were amazing and did the job and we came back and the neighbors said they did such a good job. They also had to do a huge job in the living room and were here for a week and Chris was in charge of the project. Anytime he had a question and did not understand something, he would call and ask us and it went smoothly. He helped us pick the paint for the outside and was knowledgeable and explained things to us when we are not sure. They also cleaned up the mess everyday. The last time we used them was to do a bedroom and they had to take out the old wall paper and put in crown molding, base molding and a special primer. They also did a small bathroom and it was a lot of hand work done in the bedroom and bathroom. They worked really hard and I don’t think they charged me anything more than what they quoted. They also took responsibility for anything that went wrong.

Scott came out we talked about what needed to be done. We had already pick the colors for the rooms. We asked to have the work started in a few weeks as we were going to be out of town. Scott confirmed the dates. On the day the work was to start the painter showed up on time. About an hour later Scott came we we talked again about what needed to be done. The work took four full days as there was a lot of hand painting. Each night the rooms were left cleared of any painting mess.

They were priced reasonably and respectful. They arrive early so be prepared. They are very mindful of you being there. They cleaned up well. They did need access to electricity twice.

Overall, the job went very smoothly. The estimator was very helpful, providing prices for different combinations of services to help us keep within our budget as well as offering some good painting tips once we decided to do the painting ourselves. The project took two and a half days total, and we were very pleased with the final result. The only complaints we had were with the prep and cleanup: all the interior doors had to be taken off, but weren't labeled in any way so we had to figure out where each one went. Also, the cleanup could have been a bit better: there were staples left in several of the walls and some debris on the floor.

Scott's crew worked for six days; 3 for prep and 3 for painting. They were as unobtrusive as they could possibly be. I was constantly in the loop about what was going on. If I wanted a change, it was done immediately without complaint. The crew was polite and friendly. The house looks outstanding. I would definitely use them again.

Called for an estimate and they arrived on time. Very professional. We could not have the work done right away and when we did call two months later they honored the estimate. They arrived at the scheduled time. They asked if they could set up in the garage putting down a cover over the floor. First they power washed the entire house paying very close attention to the windows as we told them some leaked. There was a lot of sanding on the garage to get it ready for painting. They used high quality paint. The painting came out very nice. They removed the trash, however there left paint chips around the house. Other than that they did a good job and finished on time.

Angel & crew arrived on schedule and began with pressure washing the whole house. They scraped and sanded all loose peeling paint, spot primed new stucco around windows and new trim wood pieces, filled and patched all cracks and holes and painted the entire house beautifully.

Overall, we had a good experience with Faith Painting. Scott arrived on time and gave us a competitively-priced estimate. He also gave us helpful feedback on color choices and paint finishes. Angel, the painter, turned out to be a one-man crew. He did an excellent job of prepping (repairing cracks, pressure-washing, etc.) and painting our home. Only two complaints: (1) The lack of communication between Scott and Angel (I told Scott the garage door color on at least 2 different occasions, but for some reason this wasn't relayed to Angel. Fortunately, it was quickly repainted.); and (2) It took longer to complete than I was originally told.

The estimators and office staff were great to deal with. The quality of the work was good except for the neatness factor. When the painter was finished, there were way too may spatter dots of paint on the floor and bathroom fixtures. I've done enough painting to know there will always be some of that, but even I could have kept the floor and toilets covered better than this painter did. I had used this company in the past and been pleased, but this experience was enough to make me choose someone else for a future job.

Paint job was very precise around cabinets, fireplace and lights. Painter was punctual, very pleasant and thorough and the clean-up was also good. I was delighted that he did some extra work (no charge) because he thought the area needed it and wanted it to look great. Our contractor even commented how good a paint job it was. Faith Painting has become our painting company. They previously did the outside of our house as well.
