Description of Work: Repaired small roof over a sundeck.

Description of Work: Everything from the first contact, the inspection, the time until we had our estimate, the scheduling, the performance of the worker, the final inspection, was EXACTLY how they explained the process. The first inspector took pictures of the roof, described the leak, and how it would be fixed. He didn't go on the roof and come down saying that we needed to have our roof removed and repaired. He described the problem and the fix, and told us when to expect the estimate, and it came when he said it would, and there, again, was the description of the problem and the cure for it, as well as what to expect from the scheduler and the repairman. | |The entire process was smooooooth! Every person who I spoke to was friendly and professional. I was very impressed and told the inspector that I was, when he came to do the final inspection. He told me that Eastman is a family business and all of the people are screened and background checked before they are hired, and that their employees stay with them. I believe that. I think that these people show pride in their work, and respect for their customers. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Description of Work: Maintenance repair of shake roof. Easy to work with. High quality job that was completed on time as previously communicated. They did an excellent job at cleaning up after the job was completed.

Description of Work: We had Eastman Roofing & Waterproofing redo a flat roof we had that was leaking. They came and did the job in February, which I wrote a report on Angie's List after they finished the job. The outstanding part about this job is that Victor Nunez, Project Manager, came out to survey the job that was done! I was so surprised that a contractor actually cared enough to not only check the work but to see if we were happy with the job done - WOW.

Description of Work: I had a few minor repairs done in the front of my garage by Eastman. There was some missing shingles and a 2 X 4 on the roof where there used to be a basketball hoop. It all needed repaired.

Description of Work: Repaired worn areas on flat membrane roof section, recoated roof, repaired flashing around vents and skylights, cleaned and repaired wood shake roof section where it had been covered by redwood debris and moss.
