DELUXE DYE WORKS AND AREA RUG CLEANERS

Overall everything went well. They are presently cleaning another rug for me. I checked to make sure they had my correct phone number. I expect that they will do a good job again. They were professional and punctual; When they say they'll be there, they arrive on time.

very, very quick to respond which was terrific given the smelly nature of the problem. very easy process and they returned the rug in sparkling condition just one week later. this was my second angie's list service purchase ever and it was every bit as successful as the first. since they charge a relatively last fixed fee to pick up your rug, there is a pricing incentive to get as many rugs cleaned at the same time as possible.

Excellent! I found two oriental style wool runners at a garage sale (bargan of the century). They cleaned both of them and made them look like new. They also cut new backing pads for them. I now have 2 runners for the price of the cleaning and pads.

We took our 5x8 Oriental rug in to Deluxe Dye because it had some heavily soiled areas on it. When we picked it up 7 days later, it looked as good as it did they day we bought it!

They did an excellent job! I was very impressed with their work in refringing the rugs.

I'm very happy with the cleaning. The age of the rugs meant that all of their original luster could not be restored, but they're clean. I was given an estimate that the work would take 7-10 days, and it was done in 3-4 days.

Not only have they cleaned some rather large carpets, they also have repaired worn edging and replaced fringe trim and did a beautiful job.

They are fine, nice people. However, I do like another company better. Deluxe Dye Works is a slightly more expensive than the company that I currently use. Also, their process for cleaning rugs can damage fringe.

Their service is OK. They do what they say they are going to do. However, I think it's a little inconvenient that we have to bring the rugs to them. I would prefer to find a company that's willing to come to us.

They are absolutely wonderful! I've never gone elsewhere because I've never had a need to. They are very good at dealing with pet stains, and I think their prices are reasonable. I can't say enough good things about their service!

They do area rugs. The first time I used them, I had a white carpet. It had a white oriental design. I had a very large dog. She would always take out her frustrations on the carpet and it was always on the same spot. I had used different cleaning products to get rid of the spot. After she died, I decided to take the carpet to this company. They did a beautiful job. The pale urine color stains were all gone. There was absolutely nothing left. The odor was completely gone. Whenever I have an area rug that needs to be cleaned, I always take it to them. They have been around for years. I know that they pick up the carpets. However, I found it easier to take it to them. They do an outstanding job. On their most recent job, I spent about $130. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I am very happy with the service I received at Deluxe Dye Works. The rug is a Karastan wool carpet with edge binding. Since it was rolled up in my garage for a few months after I moved, I decided to take it for cleaning instead of just putting it into my new house. Deluxe Dye Works seemed well qualified for the job. When I took my rug in, I was given a nice little tour of how rugs are cleaned. Rugs are hand washed in a large cleaning area with water and soap, then hung up in a large vertical dryer. The process took about 2 weeks from when I dropped off the rug to when I was informed it was ready for pickup. I also had them cut a new pad. I think the cost of having the rug cleaned alone would be about $120 or so (I don't remember the exact cost split between the cleaning and the pad.) The cost of cleaning a rug with tassels or something more delicate than my rug would cost a bit more I was told. My rug came back rolled up in paper, very clean, nice smelling, dry and soft. My wife, son, and I were very happy with the results!

Generally they do a good job on rugs that usually have several spots. These are older rugs, but I did notice the fringe on one is disappearing. The next time I take them in will inquire about that.

Each time have been prompt in returning calls, very helpful, pick up and return area rugs.

I could not have asked for anything better than the work Deluxe Dye Works performed. They measured the rug and gave me an exact quote when I dropped it off. It was ready in one week, as promised. They are very service oriented and know their rugs. My rug was valuable and I felt great trusting Deluxe Dye Works with it. Being a handwoven rug, it's not quite square. They did it right by cutting it exactly to the rug and marking the rug and pad on one corner to be able to orient it correctly. They offer other services like appraisals and repairs, which I would trust are worthy as well.

They responded to my call immediately, scheduled an appt. promptly, showed up on time. They did a great job cleaning the area rug and it was finished ahead of scheduled. They picked up/delivered the rug and made sure furniture was in place where I wanted it when they brought the rug back.

SUPER! I have rarely been this impressed by a company. Even though my job was a cheap one by most standards, they gave it a lot of time and care and attention. Greg (the manager) answered all my questions really well, and was very friendly. I brought the finished rug home, and there were still a couple of "scratchy" spots. I thought they had missed a few spots, but it turns out the rug was such a lame forgery that some of the glue from the backing had broken down and seeped through, but anyway, I lived kinda close, so Greg and one of his guys came by my place, checked the rug out, took it back to re-touch up those spots to see if there was anything else they could do, and got it done for me at no extra cost. Really nice guys, really good service, and they seem pretty knowledgeable. A+++++
