Great experience with Kevin Delamore...from scheduling the estimate to scheduling the work (5% discount) to finishing the work within the 2 days promised. His crew was on time, hauled away the old fence, was careful with the landscape and cleaned up nicely when finished. He offered some creative ideas when faced with keeping some existing PG&E pipes which offered additional stability. I recommend his company and would use him again.

Delamore Fencing did a great job. Kevin Delamore (the owner) came out to do our initial estimate. He looked at our existing fence and the style of other fences in our neighborhood, described the types of materials available using some new fences in our neighborhood as examples, then provided a quote quickly once we made our choice. The price was reasonable, the crew they sent to do the work was efficient and professional, and the work was done exactly as we expected.

I chose Delamore based on the bid they submitted for this job. I was very happy with the work the did. There were no problems with scheduling or being prompt to appointments. I would use them again in the future.

They did a wonderful job! We generally knew what we wanted, but they helped us refine the end result. The quality of their work is great and they were very good with follow-through. I’ve already recommended them to two other people!

The fence looks very nice! The price was reasonable and the quality is also very nice. There were no issues with scheduling, either, and they finished in two days. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions, and I would definitely recommend them!

The first half of the fence looked so nice that we wanted them to do the rest, which was on a steep slope. They weren't able to do that work but we were very happy with the fence they did. They were very flexible with scheduling and actually finished the job in about three days. There were between 2-3 people out at a time, and they were all very professional! I'd definitely recommend them.

They did a good job -- B+ overall. They're certainly not the cheapest, but they do great work. They worked with me in getting the fencing exactly like I envisioned. I would consider using them again and recommend them with one caveat: I do think the crew could be a little more careful around customer's property. They stepped on and broke a few display stones in my garden and didn't tell me (hence the professionalism C). Once I found out, I went right to the owner. He was helpful and actually replaced the stones the next day.

I was definitely pleased with the gate -- it was a big improvement over what we had. The only issue is because our property line isn't flat at the back, and they had to stagger the fence down in a way I didn't necessarily envision. Their price was fair, especially related to another estimate. The quality of the work is very solid and strong. I expect it to last quite a while! They also finished a day ahead of schedule, so we were happy with the result.

Wow. An amazing experience with Kevin Delamore. He was competitive on bidding the project, more than professional in the pre-sale process and his team was punctual and professional on the installation. And, when there was some confusion on what some of the specs were, Kevin made it right. A good test is how a contractor performs when things go right ... A great test of a contractor is what happens when there are issues. Kevin was great!

Delamore Fencing (formerly part of Cuevas fencing) was excellent to work with. Prior to this job, we used this company to replace fences at our house and while we were not the primary homeowner making arrangements with them, we were impressed then and definitely wanted them to bid on this work a year later at my Dad's place. We had three bids, all relatively comparable in price. However, only with Kevin did I have the confidence that he really wanted to understand the job and make sure it was done right. He discussed details and noticed things that the others were just rushing through, or in one case simply had no interest in doing. (Note: the other bidders were also highly rated) BIDDING As part of the bidding, I was impressed with Kevin in the following ways: - we had a old big heavy "block" gate with painted wood that fed into the house's siding. It seemed a good idea to not replace the gate in the same fashion, so Kevin spent time discussing different ways to keep the original siding and have the new fence blend in well. I definitely felt good talking it through with him. One bidder wanted to do it an easy way that I was sure would look bad, and the other didn't seem to care and being the 3rd bidder got the benefit of Frank's help in thinking out a solution in describing what I wanted. - one neighbor wanted the fence to be at lower height or a good part of the length, but we wanted it higher once it reached our neighbor's brick wall (pool area) and thus hide the backside of our neighbor's brick from our view. It was a 4" inch difference, Kevin knew of a source that would provide what was needed without having to buy extra long boards and cut them down, thus saving us some dollars from wasted board. - only Kevin seemed interested in repairing a wooden retaining wall, the others said they don't do that - Kevin agreed to replace wobbly fence posts on either side of a gate that was on a fence that was otherwise not being replaced, one contractor gave all kinds of excuses and said it couldn't be done without messing up the gate, etc. Ultimately, the other two contractors wanted to do the "easy" work and skip out, Frank was there to do the job. WORK I had to be out of town when the work was actually done. But they did a great job, and while I was out there was a miscommunication between a neighbor and me about that "fence height" difference. Frank did exactly what was agreed upon, however, when I called him he volunteered to contact the neighbor and see what could be done, and he ended up reworking about 4 feet of fence and putting in another post without charging extra nor making any fuss. Very cool. One other thing I like about Delamore is that they are willing to bill each neighbor for their portion so I don't need to go around and be the collector. The other two contractors were not willing to do that. I really have no qualms about Delamore, and even my skeptical neighbor ended up giving high praise on the choice of contractor after all was complete.

They were great. They were punctual and the price was great. Half way through the job their name changed. It seemed really fishy to me. If they hadn’t done such a great job I would have questioned it. The main guy who helped out, the company became his. It just seemed odd to us that they changed their name half way through the job. They really did a good job though.

Cuevas Lumber & Fence / Delamore Fencing were the only vendor who had a solution to having the front gate lockable. Their proposal was one of the cheaper proposals. They arrived on time and the work quality was great. I am very happy with my new fence and would recommend Cuevas.

This company also goes under the name "Delamore Fencing" (brothers, I think?). Either way, we were very happy with the quality of the work. The estimate was very reasonable, and they itemized each item clearly since both my neighbor and I had additional items to do besides our joint fence. The quality of the fence is very good, and the two workers did a nice job and were pleasant to work with. Fence seems very sturdy, and they were able to work around some existing cement. The cleaned everything up, also. They also recommended a better quality door latch for a gate I had installed last year (a latch they had also used on the new gate I had them install), and were able to installed it at a reasonable cost.
