Per Angie's List, I could supposedly receive a free quote for this minor job. They would not give me a quote. All they did was say that they would charge $89.00 to come and give me a quote. The $89.00 would be applied if I used them. If I don't, I'm out the $89.00. That is NOT a free quote.

Carlos got the power back on! He was friendly and professional. Would use this company and request Carlos if I needed any other repairs.

On time, agreed upon rate and work, professional

Wonderful. Chris and Josh were phenomenal!! Chris came back once appliances were installed and made sure all was working properly. I’d have Dalcon, Chris & Josh back for any electrical needs. Completely satisfied!!

Although a 30 amp stove was to be installed and we had the correct wiring the company (GE Cafe) provides a 50 cable. The 30 amp plug would not work. Electrician had to return and put in a 50 amp receptacle plug.

Very punctual and professional. However they quote ball park $1,500 than received the estimate next day for $2500. That's thousand dollars different. I honestly don't think the small job cost that much. I'm impressed they were fast to respond and covid 19 ready with glove, mask, shoe guard. The estimate was way over my budget no fault to them.

The technician was very knowledgeable of the electrical part.He did find the problem and solved very quicly.I was impressed with his expertise and I will recommend to my family for the next problem with electrical needs.Thank you for the Angie's list for referals.I will use them again.I just placed another call regards the decks.Best regards Kin Kuan

Fantastic service, I would recommend and use their services again. We were fortunate to get an appt faster than expected. Josh arrived on time, provided a quote for the job, and completed the installation. Very good service and pricing. Highly recommend.

It took a couple of weeks to get an appointment. Technician was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Troubleshooting the fixture was quick, but our wiring was old and needed some adjustment for differences in the ground wiring in the new fixture. Technician was able to identify and negotiate this. Pricing is a bit high.

Carlos is the man! He took care of my family and transformed our house. Jack was the electrician doing most of the work. He constantly checked to make sure we were happy with the work and they didn't take any shortcuts. They even fixed some exposed wire that we didn't even know about. Great service. I would definitely call these guys again. Do yourself a favor and ask for Carlos and his crew.

Electrical panel cleaned out (rung out)

Excellent. It started with Anna on the initial phone contact. She was friendly and welcoming. James came by to look at the job and provide an estimate which we accepted on the spot. We felt he was most credible and liked his courtesy and friendliness. The job was scheduled for the next day. Javier was first to show up and he was most friendly and respectful. He protected the counter tops with plastic and removed the old lights. James then came with all of the required supplies. The two of them worked very well together and the job was completed to our total satisfaction. After the cleanup, the only thing we noticed were the new lights. Good job.

James quickly isolated the cause of the problem, a defective GFCI. His investigation was thorough, making sure all elements in the circuit were working. He was very courteous and professional, and very mindful not to track dirt into the house. I would definitely hire again.

Did not use Dalcon. Used general electric services, inc. Job completed today. Did an Excellent job for a fair price.

Two electrician came and worked together to quickly resolve the problem in the most efficient way

James was able to diagnose the wiring and circuit breaker issues in an hour and resolved the broken part and restore the several outlets to normal use again.
