This was the only company of those that responded which could come as soon as needed. The scheduler, Leslie, was very cheerful and responsive. The tech, Angel Vargas, was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He honored the angi key membership price, though it was lower than what he had originally offered me. I needed a weather-rated GFCI, but the one he had available in his truck was for indoor use, so he quickly went to a nearby store to purchase the required part. He performed the replacement in short order, & checked my circuit box before leaving, to make sure all was in good working order. He left me his business card, and I would happily call him again if needed.

Great job by Javier installing a replacement car charger at my house. He was on time, competent, and friendly. He got the job done nicely and made sure the new charger was working before he left. I really appreciate that Dalcon offers one hour time windows for appointments, not 4 hours (or worse) for a lot of other providers. Angel, who came the day before to scope out the work and provide an estimate, was also very easy to work with.

Javier, the technician did excellent work. And when he ran into an obstacle due to my old unit varying from normal specifications, he performed additional work, and devoted additional time, to get around the problem without charging me extra. I would gladly use Dalcon Electric again. I also should note that the cost was very competitive and considerably less than another estimate I received.

I loved working with Dalcon. From the estimate and working with Zachary to the excellent wiring by Reggie and Christian, they are very professional. I had an ancient main panel replace with a newer larger main panel. In addition they added 6 new circuits. The main panel wiring was so well done that the inspector said he had not seen work that good in years. Dalcon is expensive but I believe that it was well worth it.

Found Dalcon on Angie’s list after struggling to get responses from online cold calls. These guys were fantastic. From the bid walk-through to the guys they sent for the job. Just fantastic. Great communication! Couldn’t give a stronger recommendation.

young installer very polite and respectful, but needs training. He did not know how to cut a hole in the floor (which was on the work order and he knew before he got here was the assigment), which I had to guide him through. His boss needs to spend some time with him.

We were thoroughly impressed with Eddie the project lead and his assistant Jonathan, in addition to a few others who helped on the project. The electricians showed up on time or called ahead to let us know when they would be delayed; they were polite and professional and explained the process and the reasons for everything they did; they cleaned up after each day's work; and they finished the project in a reasonable amount of time.

Good job . Paid in full but still waiting for come back put labels on our new panel. They will do it. We are still waiting long time. We hope they will come back to put labels on new panel. We don’t know which one room turn off or on.
