Eric Nordhoff of Dalcon Electric did an excellent job in my home. He was very professional while showing concern for my situation. His suggestions for a better way were welcome and they were done instead. I'm very happy and now my family has a permanent electrician to call upon in the future.

I received an estimate to install wiring for a dimable bathroom mirror. The agent was very nice and it seemed like company would do a great job. I didn't hire them as their quote was $1500. I found another electrician for $650.

Turned out to be a much tougher job than expected because of complex wiring that build up over time. But the Dalcon stuck with the task and got it fixed.

It went perfect. Eric did a wonderful job and I plan on hiring them again.

The issue was identified, explained what it was and fixed it, good job !

Rafael was very knowledgeable and helped us first troubleshoot and then replace a light fixture in our bathroom. He was professional and pleasant, would definitely recommend working with Dalcon.

I just got the quote, did not start the work

Great! Eric did a great job diagnosing the problems, explaining what he was doing and why. He was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. I was impressed.

Chris and his teammate Josh were superb electricians working in tandem with speed and efficiency. They were also very courteous and professional explaining all their work and any changes needed to the work order. They took initiative to ask questions to ensure our preferences were heard. And checked in often to ensure we were all aligned on our project goals.

Wonderful - great rep & crew! Carlos walked us through the process and it was simple to understand process and financing. Sara in the office was very helpful with paperwork and scheduling!

Carlos and Eric were fantastic--very efficient and knowledgeable and they were able to resolve all of my issues. They were also both very friendly and personable which is always a plus. I will definitely be using Dalcon exclusively in the future for any electrical issues that come up in the future.

Our technician was prompt, friendly, and got right down to work. He was quickly able to troubleshoot the problem and gave several options and advice for next steps to do the repair. Communication was clear and he set expectations well in advance of everything he did. Excellent experience and I would hire again for sure!

Technician Cris explained every step that will be taken for the repairs that I required. He was very courteous and did a very good job in accomplishing the repairs. After the completion of each repair, he ensured that the area was vacuumed and cleaned.

Wanted $89. a fee to give an estimate.

It went great! Carlos, Enrique and Christian did an excellent job and made sure I was happy every step of the way. They rewired a whole room and didn't make any holes in the walls. I was super impressed and would definitely have them back again.

Way too expensive for services rendered and recommendations to rectify problem. Did not follow the recommendations.... we were able to repair the problem for less then $75!

Dalcon was able to send Josh the same day - he arrived 30 min early, professional van, in uniform - and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Left to buy parts, had all work done within an hour. Very professional, wore a mask the entire time (as did my husband and I), and offered an Angie's list discount to help with the cost. I too was concerned about not getting a cost from the scheduler. I asked about a diagnosis charge, minimum hourly rate, trip charge, anything - she said there wasn't a diagnosis charge but the Technician will decide based on the job. Josh showed me their pricing sheets - with multiple ranges depending on job, distance, complexity, time to diagnose then resolve. The minimum trip charge to diagnose is $89 - reasonable - and the Technician has some leeway based on the overall job. Josh was very fair, explained everything, and left with the problem resolved. I would not hesitate to call DalCon again.
