We always strive to make sure our customers and potential customers are treated with the best service possible. I looked back at the communication logs between our customer service representative and our recordings have confirmations that there would be a small $49 fee to evaluate the electrical issue. We also offered to waive that fee if you decided to go forward with the work. The individual who booked the call had no objection to the fee. Also upon arriving at the job location and before proceeding with our evaluation, we obtained initials authorizing us to proceed with the evaluation for a $49 fee. Despite the miscommunication, I will issue you a refund of $49 for the fee charged. I appreciate your comments hope that you find a solution to your electrical issue. Thank you and have a great day!

Description of Work: I called for an estimate on a main panel replacement as well as a new 240v outlet. They were flexible with my work schedule as far as making the appointment. The person who came to my house arrived on time for the appointment and was polite and professional. He told me he would e-mail me an estimate within a few hours, which I never actually got. That will be the end of the relationship I suppose.

Description of Work: I've used Dalcon Electric twice and intend to use them again in the very near future. The first time I used them a tree fell apart in the middle of the night in my backyard and took out wiring to a mother-in-law unit I was renting out. They showed up very quickly and had power back to that unit in hours (I couldn't believe how quickly they were out and completed it). They gave me 3 options for permanent repair and once I selected one they had the repairs complete by the end of the week (including digging a trench & running power to a new subunit on that unit). The last time I had them out was to rewire that unit plus my garage. They even worked weekends to meet the tight schedule I had when the next tenant was scheduled to move in. Additionally when I had an issue with wiring to a light fixture they had added, they came out and fixed it at no charge because they warranty their work. I cannot recommend Dave Lee, Steve, and Billy highly enough. I intend to have them out again in the next few months to rewire the main house (get rid of old knob and tube wiring), and haven't thought twice about using another electrician because I know the job will get done right (which is so important with electricity since the consequences of bad wiring include loss of electronics, fire, electrocution, etc.).
