We chose them because of the online recommendations. We were very, very satisfied with them. They were quite good. They did an excellent job of dealing with the town.

John Adams was excellent. A+ Personable. Trustworthy. Efficient. Knowledgeable. Well-experienced. On time. Performed diagnosis and intervention on the same day, partly in my absence. Later returned to give back key. Honored my Angie's list coupon. Told me how the ballasts had come to wear out so soon. At the end, showed me how to install overhead fan light w/out extra charge. I would ask for him by name next time. I've found my electrician!

There an initial goof up with the initial appointment, but they quickly rectified it and the technician was out at my place immediately. The work went well, but I am not sure of their pricing..Gut feel, I feel their pricing is steep.

I had a lot of work done by them. I spent around $1,000 on that work. He was extremely responsive and even if he could not at the time he said he would he would call and reschedule, so I really like him.

The contractors that we had used originally were not very good. My interaction with Dalcon Electric was very good. I can speak highly about them. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. They were very professional too. It was a good deal for the money that I paid. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Very professional and John worked with us on a number of different options, budget constraints, etc. the team even rebuilt the pendant lights we had to use other existing hardware to get just the look we wanted. I'm so proud of our kitchen, if I could attach a picture to show it off, I would... Would definitely use them again.

Wonderful. I called and reached John Adams at 8:00. He told me his schedule and gave me a call back time to determine when I should meet him. He called on time with an update; the current job was taking longer and he would call back with an update at a set time. Again he called right on time. He came; assessed the problem; went out to purchse the piece he needed. The entrie job was finished within an hour and 1/2. He was very courteous and polite. Price very reasonable. I would use Dalcon again.

All of the work was done as expected and finished in less than a day. They were present when the city inspector checked the work and he did not require any changes.

As mentioned above, things went well. I believe that the work done was necessary and that it is unlikely I would have solved the problem without John's help. I also think I understand the situation well enough to decide whether any further work is needed. I should also mention that I called Dalcon at about 10 AM and the response was in my experience very fast (John was here at 3 PM which was what I was told over the telephone.) John made every effort to see that things were done correctly, that I understood what was being done and why, and that the price was fair.

It was excellent. The quality of workmanship was good. It wasn't the cheapest, but did a good job. They were on time.

John Adams carefully advised us on how to achieve what we wanted. He advised on how to do the work economically. He came when he said he would, and he completed the work to our great satisfaction. He and his partner also cleaned up carefully. Apart from the occasion of a death in his family, he was easy to reach, even at odd hours.

All the work was done on time, clean, and the price he said it would.

It went perfectly. They were very thorough in their execution.

They were great. They were prompt and on time. The total price of the work done came up to be exactly same as their initial quote. They also helped me in coordinating with the contractors who did my solar work and helped me pull all my permits in the city and got that done for me and kept me in the loop the whole time. They were excellent. There was only one small glitch which was taken care of and which they owed up completely. They lost my final payment-check but they called me up immediately and found it eventually, then returned it to me so that I can void it. They had a file with a lot of paper work and so I completely understand the error that happened. I was so pleased with their work and their follow up. I would totally recommend them.

Overall, John was wonderful. He showed me the breaker and where it had slowly been melting. The previous owners of the house, when they remodeled the master bedroom had put all the lights in the master bedroom, the walk-in closet, the bathroom (including the Jacuzzi tub) and all the outlets in entire the room, plus the outside on one breaker. This was more current than that breaker can handle! He quoted us a price for rewiring the master bath on a separate circuit, which we will do, once we pay off the deck repair (we can't fall through the deck). So, now that we know what is on the circuit breaker, we will be VERY CAREFUL about what is turned on in those rooms at the same time. John was great, not only in taking the time to check what was on the breaker, but in telling us what could be done to remedy the problem in the future.

The only bad news is that the work went a bit slower than I would have liked. Luckily, my Dad is retired and could stay at my place during the work. All of the new lights and the ceiling fan look and work great. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and will be calling on Dalcon for any future electrical work I need done.

I asked for an estimate for miscellaneous items of work in my house. The estimate guy did come out promptly. However, it took several weeks, a couple of phone calls/emails and we finally got an estimate of over $2,000 for the work. About a month later my husband and I decided that we would like to go forward with the work but wanted to have Dalcon revise the estimate after removing two of the items of work. I emailed our contact at Dalcon with this request. Unfortunately, despite repeated emails to the contractor, I got no response back. I did leave messages with on his voice mail and another message at the contractor's voice mail as well. Several months later, my husband said he did get a telephone call and that I was supposed to send out another email to a different email address. But basically, Dalcon dropped the ball on this job for us and I am looking at another electrician at this point.

John Adams of Dalcon Electric, made us very comfortable with his low key demeanor and quality of experience. In addition to him working in our kitchen and laundry room area we had him redo some outside lighting work. DALCON Electric is our electrical team. Lastly, as a insurance agent we will recommend DALCON Electric to all of our clients in need of electrical services.

They dug the electrical lines, picked up the lights from the store, installed the lights, connected everything to the junction box, and did everything on time and on budget.

They arrived right on time. John and 2 others walked through the house with me, conferring on exactly what I wanted done. They all were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I did have to call them back 2 times. The first time they didn't get back to me for several weeks but after that they bent over backward to respond immediately and get everything taken care of.

He was a nice person and he gave me a discount since all the outlets were in easy to access places. He called to let me know he was on his way.

Having just moved into a new rental house, the landlord allowed us to ground some of the outlets in the house because of some electrical equipment we'd wanted to protect. After talking to two other companies, I called Dalcon. I was hesitant only because of the costs quoted on Angie's List. John, our contact, came out and answered all my questions and then quoted me a price that was the cheapest of the three, as well as the shortest work time of one day. On the day of the work, the two employees (and I'm forgetting their names, but they were great) installed and fixed everything in the span of one day. When they found the exposed wire and the floating outlet box, they fixed both of them at minimal cost. When they were working on the outlet to the garbage disposal, they forgot to add the switch back in the loop, but came back two days later to fix that quickly. All in all, it was a great experience.
