Fantastic. Great communication with company. The electrician that was sent out, Carlos Figueroa was very knowledgable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain the process, and get the job done efficiently and effectively. He provided background on the company, their warranties and services. Nicely done job.

Carlos was prompt, and extremely helpful. He explained what the issue was and showed us why the outlet had broken. He immediately repaired it, and explained the guarantees Dalcon offered. Carlos was terrific.

Carlos showed up at the agreed upon time and performed the work in less than the amount that was estimated. He had explained to me that the time estimate was an outside time estimate in order to have time to deal with any unanticipated work that almost always comes up when you do home projects. In this case everything went smoothly and the job was done faster than expected, which I appreciated. They cleaned up the work area and threw in some free caulking to cover the hole needed for the power cord. If you want a real pro to do the work, Carlos is your man, representing the Dalcon company as knowledgable, professional and courteous.

Carlos was prompt, curteous and professional. He showed up on a Saturday so I didn't have to miss work and fixed the problem in about thirty minutes. Couldn't be happier!

We did not hire them but they were extremely professional.

We originally contacted them because they were open on Sundays. As it turns out, it was a great decision. Carlos and his co-workers were very professional and friendly and explained everything to my mom. They did a great job, which is reason enough to hire them back. But, Carlos makes the experience even more positive. My mom was very impressed with him and Carlos treated her very well, taking time to explain things, and showing her what he was doing. We would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Carlos showed up right on time, did an assessment of the electrical panel, tested all the circuit breakers (it wasn't clear which one(s) tripped since they all seemed OK), jiggled and tweaks the tripped circuit breakers inside and got them to reset. He then explained to me very clearly the issues with the panel (age, corrosion, deterioration, etc.) and suggested repair work. Since I'm only a tenant, I put him in touch with the homeowner.

Well its as I am very happy with job. I was a master refrigeration mechanic and these getleman know their business, thank you so much.

They were professional, quick and took care of the job. They left the house cleaner than when they arrived. There is work that we are planning in the future and we have already spoken with them about it. It will be a while before we can get back to them, but we will definitely do that.

Omar and team Enrique and Angel, were professional, friendly, and responsive. They also took care of the work area keeping it neat and clean. I felt my house was in good hands with Dalcon and Omar.

The person was very professional and explained the charges for what I thought the issue might be. It turned out to be a wire was disconnected and not a circuit breaker blown. He quickly set things right and adjusted some things. My only complaint is that although the estimated work was to be a bit complicated it turned out that it was a lot simpler than expected. The person could have adjusted the fee at least a little to reflect the minimal amount of work actually done. He didn't do that. I would think about using them again, but I may try another group based on the lack of even considering doing that even when asked.

Dan did an excellent job and provided a clear explanation of the work involved when quoting. Dan was very good about scheduling also.

Great. Was referred by a plumbing out fit. These guys were clean and professional. You get what you pay for. You want great service and a good install with warranty. These guys are it for your electrical needs. They pull permits and get the work inspected big big plus.

Rafael arrived on time and clearly layed out his plan and the costs for diagnostics. He found several problems in the box and showed me were it was arcing. He gave me a few options & prices. The work was completed that same day. I thought the prices was very fair. Rafael was polite and professional. I would recommend Dalcon, and specifically Rafael.

Electrician diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly. Price was reasonable

Dalcon made service call, identified PG&E feed as impaired on one of the hot legs. They inspected all sub-panels and did thorough maintenance. They returned to the house when PG&E arrived and co-ordinated power off to service the main panel and then confirmed that new PG&E hookup was working. All OK now.

Work was performed well and on time.

My circuit breaker needed to be replaced and I was in a bind given that Christmas dinner was coming up. In short, I was ripped off. Given the high reviews, I gave them a call and they said they charge a minimum fee of $80 for sending an electrician come over and diagnose any problems. I said fine, and the person arrived a few hours later. He asked if he could come in a sit down to discuss the options, and I already had a bad feeling since my sales senses were firing off. He then proceeded to do a full series of questions to what other problems I might have but in the end, he said that I would likely need to replace my entire breaker box which would cost about $6,000 since there was a small slightly melted plastic rail in my box. I was very skeptical, that this small piece couldn't be replaced since I've done a lot of electrical work myself in the past and most items are replaceable. Anyway, I opted for just the breaker to be replaced since that is the real problem and he wanted to charge around $310 for it. I was in a real bind given that we were trying to prep for a big dinner cooking session that night and so I asked him to clarify if that's the only price and that the other line items such as the minimum fee of $79 for showing up wouldn't be added in addition. He said no, the $310 was the only amount I needed to pay. Given that it was Christmas Eve and I didn't have time to look for other options or do shop around to do this myself, I said fine just go do it. 5 minutes later, he came back and said he was done and coyly wrote $400 to be charged to my credit card and I asked him ***, you should it would be $310 and he said oh no we needed to add the $79 min charge as well. At this point I was pretty livid and figured get out of my house and I'll be writing a bad review and just complain to your boss. The contract was written very clearly that it should be only $310 and that the $79 was a minimum spend, not an additional cost. I've called them 3 times already left messages, and even got someone on the line who said they would have a supervisor call me back. Haven't heard back from them. Overall, I would encourage everyone to NOT trust this company and call a more honest and reputable company to do business with that doesn't try to charge you $400 for 5 minutes worth of work for a $10 part, or worst try to sell you a $6,000 big job for something this small. I saw the same breaker @HomeDepot for $9.99. My only advice is to call and ask for rough quotes ahead of time in the future.

All work done promptly and done right.

The technicians were on time and the work was completed earlier than anticipated. The technicians were polite and answered our questions as they worked. We are pleased the new installed panel is working well and was installed so it has a professional look in our garage. In addition, the entire work area was thoroughly cleaned before the technicians left.

After a thorough examination of our home, Rey clearly explained the work he recommended and prioritized the areas that needed addressing first for safety reasons. Carlos and Angel were prompt, professional and a pleasure to have in our home. They kept us informed of progress and finished the job sooner than we thought it would take and cleaned up completely afterward. For future upgrades on our electrical system we plan on relying on Dalcon and this crew specifically again.
