Guys did a great job. There were 3 men who were very personable, polite, knew what they were doing and cleaned up after they were done.

He was professional, clear as to what was going on and he got the job done efficiently.

It went very well. The technicians were prompt, courteous and professional. When there were problems, like installing non-led under cabinet lights, they promptly corrected the problem with a positive attitude.

Rey replaced the bad breaker then returned first thing the next morning to address the other issue. On both visits he was prompt, friendly, answered questions and quickly did his work.

They were very responsive and friendly. The price seemed a little high for the work involved.

I had outlets out of power. Carlos Figueroa checked my outlets and circuit breaker and suggested replacing all my wiring. He also recommended replacing the entire breaker panel. I checked my receptacles myself and found the bad one to replace. I feel like we was trying to bait me into paying $7,400 for something I didn't need.

Ray came on time. He asked lots of questions to understand the electrical installation and problem and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. It was a quick fix that just required resetting a hidden GFCI receptacle.

Great ! My appt was for between 8-10am I received a phone call about 8:30AM that Robert was on his way. Robert gave me an estimate for the trouble shooting and installing the porch light, then he told me what needed to be done, and why, and gave me the price. The work was excellent, everything was cleaned up, he let my 18 pound dog supervise, :-) I will call Dalcon again for any work needed..

Terrible. I tried the chat and he hooked me up with the main number and then ended the chat. The main number wasn't working. So I tried the chat again and he gave me another number which blocked mine. And he ended the chat again! So I have no one to contact.

Overall went very well. Robert Inez was the job leader, and he provided the most professional level of service, with great attention to details, and performance of the completed installation. There was a little extension of the planned time required because PG&E missed an appointment, but Robert (and Sarah in the office) rescheduled the PG&E involvement to fit our convenience. The price was probably upper end, however the work that Robert, et al, demonstrated made us feel that we received the best possible expertise and results. Definitely will use Dalcon Electric for any future electrical needed.

Omar and Andy did a great job with this project. They contacted my HOA manager and came up with an option that worked for me and the HOA as well when the previous electrician I contacted was not able to do the job. I'm very happy with my new lighting fixures and my surround sound speakers and TV wiring and the patching work to be done after they were done was minimal thus saving me costs.

Identified issue which turned out to be to have a very simple fix. Service took less than 1/2 an hour so technician only charged me for the travel time. Very please with professional approach, keeping me informed and honesty.

Omar Reyes did a wonderful job on finding out the issues on my electrical problems I would definitely call on him again

Mr Inez was a top performing electrician. One of the best service technicians I have ever worked with. Very professional, very courteous and very competent. Actually invited me to stand by his side to observe his work and ask any questions as he went along.

Amazing customer service. Additional education was provided to me about all of the wiring in my house, panels etc at no cost. The quality of the work is top notch and the attention to detail in terms of not making any kind of mess and protecting the inside and outside of my house during the work was fantastic. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. I had put off doing this project for years as was worried about getting high quality work done and am wishing I did it years ago!

Rey did a fine job. My roof was being replaced, and the old attic ventilation fan had to be disconnected and removed from within the attic. After the roofers installed the new fan, Rey returned at the end of his work day to connect it, He took before and after photographs so I could see the work.

They were very knowledgeable and we were very happy with them.

Under the supervision of Ray, Carlos and Christian worked very hard in 107 degree heat on the roof of a 2-story house and did a fantastic job! Thank you Carlos & Christian from Dalcon Electric for a job well done!

They arrived when they said they would, they cleaned up, they were a pleasure to work with and were really good at explaining things. I was really impressed with their work.. They were also really good at responding to text messages and adjusting to our scheduled.

I called Dalcon based on the high reviews here and Rey was able to come the very next day to give me an estimate. He spent time to understand, explore options (run thru attic? externally?) and their various pros and cons. He was straightforward and gave me the estimate before leaving. I'll admit, I thought the pricing was a bit steep, but man I am glad I didn't let it deter me. Here's the deal -- you get what you pay for! The quality of work was exceptional. Rey and another person came to do the work, asked questions as they went to ensure I was cool with everything they were doing, always put their booties on when entering the house, cleaned everything up before leaving, etc. Best yet, Rey remembered that our AC was being installed the following week (by another vendor) and called me the day after the AC install to ensure everything went well and that there were no snags or issues. Incredible service from the first call to the follow up. I will absolutely use Dalcon and Rey again.

Okay, they were expensive - but worth it. All the things that contracts complain about they handled without any problem - a condo, an elevator, my busy schedule, my high expectations - no problem. They patched too!

It turned out that all that needed to be done was press a button to reset the garbage disposal. Thankfully he did not charge the full amount because all he had to do was push a button.

Flaked on scheduled confirmed appointment with shaky excuse.

Omar and Andy arrived at the scheduled time and did a great job. The price was reasonable. Dalcon Electric is definitely the firm to hire for your electrical needs. I highly recommend them.
