Description of Work: After an initial walk through I was promised a quote twice and never received it. It was the beginning of the year and people had a lot going on, but I honestly couldn't give them my business. Calls unreturned, promised emails never came. I joined Angie's list for that project alone and it was a total waste. Found an electrician through a friend and am happy now.

Description of Work: They were late. The girl on the phone said they would provide an estimate and then begin the work and stay until it was finished. I was on a deadline and needed the work done that day. They arrived and was told they would only provide an estimate and then schedule work at a later date. They did provide a reasonable estimate and were able to get a guy to do half the job that day. Work was done not up to code but I was told it would be corrected on the next visit. Three phone calls and it only goes to voicemail and no return call even after I told them I would seek out another contractor. This behavior is reflected on yelp by other customers. Lesson learned. Check Angie's list and yelp. Very disappointed in this contractor. Makes me wonder if contractors pay a fee to Angie's list for ratings. No way this is an A-rated contractor.

Description of Work: He replaced a dimmer switch that was making the wall hot.

Description of Work: The company called me on the morning of service to confirm the appointment and time. The technician then arrived 30 minutes late. The technician (Brant) was very friendly and courteous. He proceeded to put on booties prior to walking through my house. He was very thorough in his work, attmepting to determine the cause for a breaker to not re-set in a breaker box in my backyard. After determining that the breaker was not the problem, he proceeded to spend tiem checking the circuit wiring of my hot tub. He found a blown wire and replaced it, although that turned out not to be the problem. I will have to call a spa technician out to determine the problem. Brant went beyond what he needed to do in an attmept to determine the cause of the electrical problem. The cost for a service call to troubleshoot a breaker problem seemed high to me.....I would suggest asking for a rough estimate prior to them doing any work (they have a company book of pricing they carry with them).
