Description of Work: Actuallt two jobs: One a year or two ago when they repaired a pool leaks (and successfully! discovered source!). I had paid alot of money to gave a "pool leak detector" in and then to have my pool company "repair" the source (over $1000 between the two!) Blue Pool came out, showed me actual source of leak and fixed! , including replacing concrete deck area for $1300. So when pool filter went out, I had that and a variable timer replaced by Blue Pool for the lowest bid. Excellent service and did not treat me like a dummy! ($1000 approx for two new parts and installation. and explanation of maintenance and offer to come back and check if necessary or if I was confused about any of the maintenance steps (for a diatemacious (sp?) filter)).

Description of Work: Miguel and his team are the best! My pool was a green swamp. They replaced our filter and emptied the pool cleaned it and put fresh water. They came when they said they would and were always nice and professional. I would recommend them and continue to use them to maintain my pool.

Description of Work: They located a leak in the pool ($600) |They replaced two skimmers and replaced the aggregate around the skimmers. (2300). The work was done on time and everything is great. We are very happy with the work and cost.

Description of Work: Miguel came out to find a significant leak in our stand alone spa. He found the leak and was able to replace the outlet port. They were very professional and efficient.

Description of Work: We were losing about an inch of water every day. This is a 49 year old pool with all the original plumbing. They found a large leak and fixed it and the pool light. We could not make up our mind if we wanted a color light or white. They brought both with them to be sure we got what we wanted without waiting. Were not able to match the decking material, but did an wonderful job making it look as natural as possible.

Description of Work: Apparently, there was a misunderstanding about what service they were providing. I thought they would clean the pool, which they did but were not real happy about. No testing or chemicals were added and I needed to get another pool cleaner out. Also, the recommendations they made about services needed were not in sync with the second service man.
