Blue Splash Pool Service Repair & Leak Detection

Miguel and his team did an amazing job on our pool! We couldn't be happier! He was very accommodating to everything we wanted for our pool remodel and it came out absolutely beautiful. They also got this done incredibly fast. Nothing but great things to say about the entire experience! This is definitely the company you want to hire to have refinish or remodel your pool!

Price quote was much lower than others, reviews from others very good, and BBB check showed he is BBB member with no complaints. Work was performed on time, included jackhammering out old skimmer from pool deck, installation of new skimmer, patch concrete, cleanup and rebalance pool water. Very pleased with the results.

Blue Splash Pool Service was able to do difficult job including concrete work and moving all pool equipment. Would definitely recommend them!

They were responsive. They appeared at the time agreed to. They finished in a reasonable period of time. They were very clean. They are very few people that do that work. It sounds like a lot of money but it's a lot of work. I have no complaints about them at all.

It went great. Miguel was fantastic. He was very punctual , knowledgeable, and professional. He had good ideas, listened to what we needed and explained the job and recommendations so that we could make good decisions. We were really impressed that he used his own employees rather than subs. Every aspect of the job went well. The quality of materials and skill of the employees were very high. In a little more than a week we had a brand new pool. We also switched our weekly pool maintenance to Blue Splash. We highly recommend them

They are very good and I would highly recommend. Their price for monthly is a little high compared to some of my friends who use other services. The replastering was a major outlay but they did a good job. (There is one last thing that needs finishing before final payment)

I can't say enough about how pleased I am. He got rid of the green, cleaned and repaired my salt system and the pool looks stunning! I sent an Angie's list message and had an answer within an hour. They came out the next day, then the following three days so my pool would be ready for the holiday weekend. I'm a very happy customer!

Great. We were'n't present but the crew went and did all that we needed plus a full inspection.

We called yesterday to have a new pool heater installed. Received a return call from Miguel Lopez stating that a service person would show up today between 2 and 4 pm. Stayed home to meet with the service person who never showed up and never called. Really frustrating to waste an afternoon waiting while missing work .

They're very responsible. They're not the cheapest, but they were very responsive. It was good. They came back and discussed the things that they did. I think they really tried to make sure you're happy.

Never phoned back, I emailed them to follow up and no response. No emails, No phone calls, No respect.

They were AMAZING. We initially had an awful time even finding someone to come out. First one came out and said they'd call back and didn't. Second company said it would be $11,000!!!!! to fix. Finally called Blue Splash and Miguel called me back within 24 hours. Was out within 3 days for an estimate and was working on it within a week. Professional, on time and thorough. It was taking a bit longer than they thought and he called me on Saturday to ask if it was ok to work on Sunday! I told him to not worry about it - his guys need a day off too - but the fact that he called and asked was indicative. When he came back Monday, noticed the real leak culprit (waterfall was leaking, but slowly) was a massive hole in our tile in pool that was tucked away in a corner and not noticeable. We have another company servicing the pool and they never said a word! He fixed it the next day. All our leak problems are solved and no more pool issues! I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. One of the best service providers we've had in Cali!

They were punctual worked clean and did a wonderful job.. Miguel will be fixing cracks in our concrete as well as closing down my parents pool. I would recommend his services.

I definitely recommend using blue splash. Replaced a new pump for me quickly and as promised. Had an issue with a leak somewhere in the pool that another company could not find and told me was evaporation. After a few trips out and some minor repairs problem solved. No more leaks and the water level is staying normal. Give them a try if you need pool issues handled

I would not use them again, not because they are not good, but because they don't service the kind of spa I have. They are not familiar with it.

They were great. I was terrified that all of my new concrete would need to be torn up to fix the leaks but they were meticulous about finding the right spot and double checking everything before they did the repairs. They cut only a tiny square out to do the fix in both locations and then matched the concrete color when they repoured the concrete. The only thing that is left is that they need to come back when the weather dries out as there was some additional settling from the rain and they will redo the concrete patch. They showed up when they said they would. I plan on using them for all of my pool maintenance and repair in the future.

We called Blue Splash to come and investigate why our pool was losing water at the rate of 2" per day - We have a very big pool and it was apparent that there was some problem . They came promptly and after doing various tests they said it was our skimmer that was leaking and that it needed to be replaced - that meant breaking the concrete and removing the skimmer and replacing it and then repairing the concrete back - they said it would take three days - they were actually done in 2 days and then came back on day three to clean the pool - which was wonderful - they did a fabulous job - everything is back to normal and the pool is running perfectly - they also fixed our pool sweep - so everything is in perfect condition -- these guys are great - we will definitely use them again -in fact we are going to have them do maintenance on our pool -they certainly know their stuff -

Entire process was excellent. Fast email communications and arrived to work on time as promised. They used scuba gear and pressure systems to check pipes and inspect the pool. They found a leak at the pool light and pointed out potential problems that could happen down the line. They fixed all in 2 days.

They responded to my initial inspection request immediately and showed up on time. Both the owner and his inspector/worker were friendly and knowledgeable. The inspector explained the problem clearly and what was necessary to fix it. He showed me the leak test on the crack so I could see that it was not pulling in any water in that area. I authorized the work on the spot. Throughout this several day process the owner kept me up-to-date via email on the progress of the work. The work was finished over a two day period. They cleaned up everything and I now have a pool with no missing tiles and no leaks. I am very happy with their service and will definitely call upon them again for any future pool needs. I can't really comment about whether the price was competitive or not, as I didn't get any other estimates. Because of the rapid water leakage during a water shortage, I really just wanted it fixed as quickly as possible and the price seemed reasonable to me. The fast response time and doing what you say you will do, in the time frame promised, are characteristics that rate high with me. I've experienced so many contractors that never bother to even call you back and/or don't follow through, so I was impressed with Blue Splash. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing pool services.

We had a pool leak and called Blue Splash Pools & Leak Locators. They were very good on the phone and told me what to check before me having to spend any money. When I did the test and found I was losing a great deal of water, they came out the next day and found the problem in the light. The patched inside the light and it has not leaked since. Their technician was the owner of the company and really knew what he was doing.
