About us

We have wonderful and thorough cleaning technicians, fully background checked and whom you can communicate with in English. The owner has been in business over 22 years. She cleaned house herself for over 15 years. We are fully licensed and insured. We strive to use green products whenever possible. Payment is due at the time of service. Check or cash is preferred since we are a small business and this helps keep the costs of the cleans down. However, we do happily accept credit cards. You will be left a receipt upon completion and after receiving payment. You do not need to be there during the clean, but can be if you prefer. We are great with pets. You will get the best clean with limited distractions. We hold keys for our clients if they wish us to. We strive to deliver excellence to each customer who comes our way. Communication is key for us. We want you to be happy and our goal is to deliver great quality every clean. We use green products as often as possible. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured. Detailed work orders done on each home for ongoing cleans. For initial cleans we may need to pair up techs to get the job done. We assign the same technician and believe in a solo cleaning approach on a regular basis once you are at maintenance level for ongoing service. We do offer sheet changing and trash taken out but it must be requested. We do not automatically charge for trash take out as we find that about half our clients want it and half don't. One sheet change can be included free in your clean. We have recommendations for carpet steam cleaning and windows but do not offer these services ourselves. We do not overbook or double book. Since we are very choosy about our staff there may be a wait from time to time to get into our schedules but we do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible. We will get back to you as soon as possible and are excited to have ready availability currently for customers who are interested in ongoing cleans! Thank you!

We do one time, move out and move in cleans as well. We do full in home or office cleaning- bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, general areas.

I waited a week for someone to quote a weekly cleaning service, only to have them cancel two hours before the appointment. The next appointment I offered was over a week later at one specific hour. Customer service is a joke. Had the owner made an honest assessment of her schedule during the intial phone call, I never would have waited in the first place.

Hi [member name removed], Sorry about the fact that I had to reschedule. I had just gotten back from my birthday trip which ended on the 28th and I was completely under the weather. If I'm sick I don't like to go out and contaminate my potential clients by doing the in home estimates and sometimes last minute emergencies happen that I have no control over. Looks like we got the estimate done on the 5th of November and we have you scheduled for a cleaning so hopefully that will change your mind about the business. P unctuality spot on. Three friendly cleaning personnel. Each had their own area of expertise.By the end of the deep cleaning there was cleaner finishing up the floors. Nearly 5hrs of cleaning. Wow! They are very detailed and I like that. My oak floor look amazing and the kitchen stove (one of my peeves) hasn't looked so clean.. Bathrooms are amazing. Down to the nitty gritty. I am impressed with the details of dusting my furniture too. I keep my home clean and can see the details of the deep cleaning they did. Worth the service cost indeed. They are awesome. They are always here when they say and set reminders for us. We have had two main cleaners with them and have been happy with both. They do a really great job and everything is just about perfect. I have been so happy with them.

They have been very good. They are easy to work with and return calls right away. I like that they do an initial cleaning they provide a detailed list, so it’s easy for anyone else that comes out to clean after that.

We also appreciate a review from any of our customers. So thanks Member! A lot of costs come from running a quality house cleaning business. There is workers comp, general liability insurance and lots of other overhead expenses. We try to make our costs as reasonable as possible and still pay our technicians well so we have quality people working for us. I asked Member what we could do to make our quality better with his technician. I also inquired about what I could do differently to get a better grade in my responsiveness. Customer service is my number one priority and I believe communication is the key. We are open to suggestions. I run a 7 employee business single-handedly and I do try to get back to my customers as soon as possible. I am always open to what I can do to make this business better.
