Great! I was one of Davlyn Spetch's early customers, and I've enjoyed Action Cleaning's work for about 7 years now. I had used some of the commercial services before and never been happy with the work. Action Cleaning was the antidote -- the kind of personalized, flexible service I was looking for and needed. Couldn't recommend more highly.

We have been using Action Cleaning Service for the past 3 months and are mostly satisfied with the services provided. The office staff is very responsive as is the regional manager Stephanie that gave us our original quote. However there are a few specific items that are consistently overlooked, and I have had to call on these items. One is the vacuuming of the couches under the cushions (big pet peeve of mine) and destine the bottoms shelf of the end tables in the living room. I have communicated these concerns to Raul and he has assured me that these will be rectified in future cleans. I'm willing to give them an opportunity to turn these things around. I believe that the best partnerships are based on open communication and trust that these minor issues will be fixed.

I am very, very elderly and so is my husband. We used to have them come once a month but now they come twice because we really basically don’t do any of our house work much anymore. Today is my husband’s 92nd birthday. They have kind of a neat system. You can have one cleaner come always at the same time on the same day and I think it is $165 for cleaning. We chose to just have them come any time she has an opening during that week so it’s not always the same day. They came yesterday but normally the come on Thursday or Friday. Like yesterday she had an opening and since we are at home it doesn’t really matter. And for once a month it’s $103 and for twice a month it is only $89 for cleaning. You know they bring all of their stuff. They have this really powerful vacuum that you really don’t ever have. We have stairs that they really keep clean and I tell you it is really nice. I mean we are really happy with them. And there’s one person for three and one half hours.

Our initial evaluation meeting with Stephanie was excellent. She was very professional and thorough and very personable, answering all questions with great clarity. She mixed just the right amount of "professional with "personable" and is a great asset to the company!. On our first initial cleaning there were some things not done to my satisfaction (floors not cleaned, couch not vacuumed as requested>) I tend to check as they go and was able to point that out to the cleaners and they were very accepting of the feedback and did a great job once notified. We just had our first monthly cleaning, and Desire is fabulous! Very thorough and also personable. She took great care with our furniture and sentimental knick knacks. The price is commensurate with the size of the house, and the quality is great. Raul followed up with us the day after and that also is much appreciated. I highly recommend this company as it has been a great experience.

Many back and forth emails with Raul about setting up an evaluation/estimate visit. Flat out told me that they didn't do such visits during weekday mornings. I gave up, wrote an Angie's List review and lo and behold...a day or two later I was contacted by owner Davlyn who was willing to set-up the visit for a weekday morning. She also asked me to remove my negative review, which I did. Stephanie came out and did an good job with the estimate. Spent the next 2-3 weeks going back-and-forth with Davlyn trying to set-up the initial cleaning. Finally gave her a list of 5 or 6 dates that would work for me. Next email I received suggested 2 dates that weren't on my list of available dates...that's when I gave up.

Have used Action Cleaning for several years. The owner personally trains all her techs and each one does a fantastic job. There were a couple of times that there was a problem with the cleaning, and the owner came out personally to clean, inspect, and reassure us that the problem would be corrected and never recur. She was absolutely right. Never an issue after the initial cleanings. 5 star service. Highly recommend!! (Note: I have since moved out of the area, but would hire the company in a second if they serviced my area)

I have always been very pleased with Action Cleaning Service. They use great cleaning products that clean but also don't have that chemical smell that lingers for days afterwards. The hardwood floor gleams and the carpets are vacuumed. Dusting is the one thing I hate doing most and yet it makes the house look so much better and they do an amazing job of dusting and making it shiny! I have only briefly met my cleaning technicians as I am usually out of the house when they come in, but the two that I have met are courteous and friendly and get right to work. I have an in-door only cat and he has never escaped while they were there so they are aware of the needs of the house and pets as well. It is just a wonderful feeling coming home from a day at work and the house is clean and spotless!

Action Cleaning does a wonderful job. Their cleaning techs are prompt, dependable and efficient. Any mistakes and/or miscommunications have been resolved quickly.

I have been a client of Action Cleaning services for many years now and I am a very satisfied customer. Finding a decent price for housecleaning that includes bonding and insurance is difficult but ACS is just that. Thorough and detail cleaning includes treatment of hardwood flooring, window shutters and bed linens with each visit. Working with ACS is professional and they try to accommodate the customer when there is a conflict with schedules or Holidays on your cleaning day. Very satisfied, would and have recommended ACS to others.

ACS invests time and effort in training their cleaners and in doing background checks. They don't just take anyone and stick them into the schedule. This care and quality of service may mean that there is no one available for your location and time slot immediately and you may end up on a waiting list. THIS IS A GOOD THING! The best service is worth waiting for. I was put on a wait list for about a month. It was worth the wait. The service for my 1500 sq. ft. home is consistently good. It's great to come home to a clean house with the peace of mind that everything is being done the way I want. When I needed to make a change -- a cleaning product that was being used was leaving behind an annoyingly strong scent -- ACS was very responsive and the change was made on the very next service. ACS is very clear about what they *don't* do: no dishwashing, no windows, no outside areas, etc. But there are some things they do standard (included in the quote) that are nice extras, like taking out the trash and, if you like (completely optional), have the bed linens changed on one bed, more for additional charge. ACS is also timely and proactive about service changes, due to holidays or illness of your assigned cleaner. I've had no unpleasant surprises. I suppose that some may consider the ACS fee a bit on the pricey side. Personally, I think the level of quality service I get is a bargain, but I understand that compared to other services, ACS may appear higher. I highly recommend ACS and encourage you to call and get a quote today.

Amazingly as always. ACS is very consistent (see the original estimate comment above on why). This time I had a couple of areas that needed special cleaning (the stove was a wreck), and an experiment with a new cleaner for some of the wood. They did everything that they normally do, paying careful attention to detail, and then tried out a new product on the wood so that we could make a decision whether or not to do this in the future.

We have been very happy customers of Action Cleaning Service. From the start, we got prices from several companies, and Action Cleaning is truly competitive. We also like that we met the owner, Davlyn, when she came to our houses before the first cleaning to look things over and give us the price of bi-weekly service. Our cleaner, Anna, always shows up on time and cleans everything that we agreed on. She does a great job, and we can tell that she cares about what she is doing. The management of Action Cleaning Service is very professional. The company is large enough to be able to cover vacations, yet small enough to care about its customers. I'm very happy with my house cleaner.

We have had Action clean our condo for over 2 years, and we have never had a complaint. The same tech has taken care of us for the entire time. On a few occasions when she was unavailable, the replacement techs did just as good a job as the regular. When we were traveling on our regular cleaning day, there was never a problem either rescheduling or postponing until the next regular day. The owner visited before the first cleaning and did a complete survey of the condo, so that the tech would have a plan when she arrived. We've modified the plan slightly as time passed with no problems. They always do a great job, and we are so pleased with how our place looks when they are finished.

Action Cleaning Services is one of the most professional companies I've ever worked with. I could tell they were excellent from the very beginning, when Davlyn, the owner of the company, came to do the estimate. She wrote down all of the particular details about our house, and gave us a written estimate and a worksheet explaining what to expect. We signed an agreement, and we have been VERY happy with the service ever since. Our deep cleaning was done by two women, one of whom (Ayme) became our regular cleaner afterwards. We developed a great relationship with Ayme. She was very thorough and friendly. About 6 months later, we were assigned a new cleaner, Regla. We've been extremely happy with Regla's service. She's really good at what she does. She leaves our house sparkling after each visit. Every so often, she brings a trainee with her, so we know that she's one of the senior staff members at Action Cleaning. We're very lucky to have her. The back-office is very organized. They email us a week before each visit. Regla has a binder that she brings with her -- I think it contains notes about all of her assignments for the week. She also told me that they have weekly staff meetings, which was impressive. In general, Action Cleaning Services is a solid, reliable company. I have come to respect the art of house cleaning so much more since hiring them.

It was so-so. They had to come back because cleaning was not thorough. The cost was too high for the quality or lack of quality provided. Would not use again.

I will start by saying that our place was in a pretty severe state of dirtiness. It had not been dusted, much less deep cleaned, in over 5 years. No rotting food or dead animals, but one can imagine sinks, tubs, appliances, and furniture that had not been thoroughly cleaned in such a long time. For lack of a better term, it was NASTY. I finally decided it was time? After a good deal of research I decided to go with Action Cleaning. I filled out the online form and got an email response back the same day from their office. We corresponded back and forth a few times over email (how I prefer) and agreed upon a date/time for the in-home estimate. First good sign was they were consistent and timely (within 1 business day) to my questions and scheduling requests which ended up being like a week later. Davlyn arrived as expected and spent nearly an hour with me going very methodically from one corner of the unit to the final corner taking detailed notes all along the way. From there she started developing a plan to get the initial clean done. One of the things I appreciated was that she was not just a ?yes? person. She was very clear about what services her business will and will-not provide. For example I offered to pay extra if they would do laundry and she was clear that laundry was not one of the services they provide. Always good to know someone is not willing to tell me what I want to hear just to get the job. Davlyn discussed with me given the extensive nature of the job that there were specific, more seasoned, techs she wanted to be present to make sure it got done right the first time. She got back to me about a day after we met with a very detailed written plan. This involved four people from her staff with very specific times and tasks for each. The schedule was somewhat staggered throughout the day but it was all on the same day which of course made my life much easier (and I didn?t have to ask for it to all be on the same day which demonstrates their understanding that people can?t just spend multiple days at home waiting for partial cleaning services). We signed a contract? So the big day comes. All of her techs showed up as agreed upon and each immediately got to work. They each had their own written copy of tasks for the job and I just had to point them in the right direction. Purely professional, no complaining, no dilly dallying. I would even acknowledge how ?nasty? it was and they would just reply with a smile and say ?it?s ok, we got this?? And they did have it. They really cleaned everything as good as could be expected. We have very hard water in San Jose; they cleaned the glass shower door like it was brand new (I tried doing that several years back and it didn?t work). They cleaned the oven and it looked brand new. They removed years of hand stains around door knobs and light switches, they were on their hands and knees cleaning floor tile (fortunately they brought knee pads). They really did as good as anyone could expect without having to repaint or replace certain things. The bottom line is my wife and I are exceptionally pleased with the service they provided. Action Cleaning is not the cheapest cleaning service you can find but we feel like we got well worth what we paid for. They are very clear about what they provide and they execute on those services thoroughly. They are professional and punctual. We are happy to support a local small business that prides itself on customer and quality of service. We are scheduled to begin a monthly maintenance service which Davlyn already has priced and assigned a tech for us?Cate and I look forward to developing an ongoing relationship with the team. We felt that the cleaning was better than we would have done ourselves. It was literally "spotless". Amazing! Excellent quality. We liked the initial person (Sonya) who did the deep cleaning, so Sonya has been dedicated to do our cleaning ever since. Sonya is extremely professional. She consistently arrives on time, and consistently does a quality job. She consistently leaves a written receipt for payment received at the end of each cleaning. When Sonya went on vacation, the owner called us in advance to notify us. She asked if we would be okay with sending a replacement for that one day so we could keep to our original cleaning schedule, or if we would prefer to switch dates in order to have Sonya do the cleaning. How nice of the owner to offer the choice! We were fine with them sending someone else, who did a great job too! Everyone speaks perfect English, so we can communicate specific requests or provide feedback without anything getting lost in translation. Highly recommend Action Cleaning Service. Reliable.

They vacuum the floors and rugs, clean the bathroom,wash the floors and dust. The job is doon very well.
