Description of Work: The repairman came to my home as per the coupon, I thought to "service" the garage door openers, but all he did was to grease the tracks, and told me I needed to replace one of the openers. I could have done the same thing with a tube of grease from Home Depot for $3.99! I expected that both units would be serviced; one of the openers actually broke shortly after the service call, with the counterweight cable breaking and the door's rollers coming off the tracks! Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal service on the 1st day published by Angie's list and immediately followed up with email and call to set up an appointment. I did not receive a response from company including to 2 follow up calls where "someone" would follow up with me. I am out the money I paid Angie's List for the big deal and did not have the service from the company. This is the second request from Angie's List for me to rate this supplier and my rating and story remain the same. I do not recommend purchase of Angie's List sponsored Big Deals cause they are a big fraud. I do not recommend service providers on Angie's List I do not know why I am still a member of Angie's list

Description of Work: On cold mornings we had trouble getting our garage door to go DOWN after we opened it. It ended up being just an adjustment and the service person did visibly show what needed to be adjusted. He was quick, thorough and the door opens great now!!! Aaron Garage Doors was coming from Monterey area so actually felt like punctual could be forgiven somewhat. He called to check address and did say he was close. It was a good experience and we feel could recommend this company.
