They came over and told us what we needed to have done. They came in on schedule and on time, I think they did a very good job. I think the price was just about what everyone else charges.

They were very bad. The door failed after about four months but their warrantee was for about two months. The guy they sent out was very inept. We called them to give them a chance to make amends but the treated it like a separate service call. Because we were no longer under warrantee, they were going to start over.

The local garage door installation company was contracted to do the job. The two workers that came out finished the job in one day. They came in at nine and finished by four in the afternoon. They also installed two garage door openers. They checked everything before they left. I haven't had any problems since then.

Good quote, next-day install. Love the new door.

I called and they came out within 3 days for free estimate. We selected the garage door and it was suggested that we also replace the opener so we did so. The door was installed about a week later. The person who installed it was neat, quick, and professional. The one complaint I have is the salesperson. I asked him several times to come in the house and show me photos of what was available. He wanted to stay outside and have him pick a door very quickly. By the time we had the quote, I did not know anything about the door other than what it looked like (e.g., what it was made of, the warranty, could you paint it, etc.) or any info on the opener other than the price (e.g., could you get a key pad for outside, the size of the motor, the warranty, the brand name). The entire sale took maybe 15 minutes. I felt very rushed. I ended up calling the company for details after we had already given payment. Until the door was installed, I wasn't sure it was really what we wanted because I was not shown any other options.

I used a membership service company and I received a quantity discount on this installation.

They did a nice job installing the garage and I liked the product. The price was good and I have used them before. I did not care for the initial salesman that came out, he seemed a little pushy but made good suggestions.

Ok except for the lack of service once the spring broke and am concerned about the fact that the spring broke so quickly.

They gave a quote and then, after we placed the order, added other charges for wall removal. I requested to cancel the order, but they refused to do so. Whenever I called them, they said that our sales agent was out, but he was actually right there (she would say 'let me call him and ask' and he would respond). The lady on phone is very rude, and the sales guy never returned our calls and basically ate our deposit. Exactly the kind of people to stay away from.

It took them 2 hours to install the new door and they did show up on time for the appointment that we made with them. The salesperson really helped us pick out the right garage door.

We called Friday and were able to get an appointment for Monday. It was installed that week on Thursday. Their rep, Mark, came out and explained the product really well. We decided to go with Aaron Overhead, because the price was what we expected and they had high ratings on Angie's List. We weren't going to get the windows, but since they were offering windows, at no extra cost we got them. Really glad that we did! What a huge difference in the lighting! Anthony installed the door by himself. He was quick, efficient and very professional. This door is quiet! We love the look of it and are very happy with our decision.

It only took them a couple of hours to get the work done. I am pretty happy with the new door as my old one just looked bad. They were on time and professional. I would probably have them come back to do any repairs necessary on them in the future.

I was looking for a reputable company to come out and give me a free estimate of what might be wrong. Called two companies from Angie's List that were close to me. Left a message with one and the second one I called was Aaron's. Received an immediate personal response and an appointment was made for the next day. The appointment time was not met, but the worker was apologetic. He tested the door and said he thought he could fix it. It took him less than an hour from start to finish and his work was successful. There have been no further problems with the door. One comment of improving service is how a credit card transaction is handled. The worker used a pen to rub the cards impression on the receipt. It was not a very legible impression. I received a letter in the mail stating that "the credit card given for payment has been declined." I checked my copy of the receipt and discovered that they ran the wrong number. I called the office immediately and straighten things out.

Terrific. I dropped into their office on Willow to see the product and was helped by a very knowledgeable young woman who explained everything I needed to know. Scheduling was simple, the installer came on time, worked quickly, cleaned up completely, and the whole job was done in an afternoon. We love our new door and the great improvement it made on the appearance of the house. We like having so much more daylight in the garage (due to the windows). The opener is very quiet. Everything works perfectly. Our only regret is that we chose clear glass instead of obscure. It's too easy to see inside the garage, especially at night when the lights are on - and we need to clean it up!

This company was one of 2 estimates we obtained for installing new garage door. Mark arrived promptly at the appointed time, explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions/concerns competently.

He came when he said he would, replaced the opener and gave my wife brief instructions on how to operate the door. The new door opener was quieter, safer and more secure than my previous opener. However, after he had left my wife discovered that the opener would only work if we left the garage lights on all the time. My wife called and was told that we would have to have an electrician come out and fix this. I found that the problem was because the new opener was plugged into an outlet. Powered the normal garage door overhead lights instead of the existing separate power outlet meant for the garage door opener. When I tried to plug the opener into the correct outlet I found that the new opener cord was only 43'' long and was about 5'' short of reaching the correct outlet. I called to speak to the owner. Who said that he would do nothing for me and that his company had seen this problem before with a couple of customers. I called the Diamond Certified Org to resolve this.

Overall, they were quick to come to bid it. They were a bit cheaper than the competition. They did a quality job all around.

Frederico was very polite and arrived between the times quoted. They were available to come out the next day after I called. The price quoted was the price charged. He also advised me on how to maintain the spring for longer wear. I would use them again.
