Description of Work: Willis T of AAA Electric recently did two jobs for me at two locations. In an apartment we own he installed six GFCI plugs for $390. In our residence he installed four grounded plugs, and two regular plugs in the garage ceiling. One grounded plug was in a garage location where there had not previously been an electrical connection. He was informative, and he and his assistants were courteous and considerate. When he was under the house, he noticed pieces of our furnace duct broken and lying on the ground. He told me we had been losing 30 % of the furnace heat, but did not suggest that he should do this work. It was only when I asked him if he did duct work that he said he did. He also offered at no charge to move a non-working freezer that I use for dry food storage to make room for another freezer I mentioned buying The charge for my residence work was $1925. I like the fact that Willis does the preliminary inspection and estimate and is also the lead technician in the projects.Often the people sent to do the work don't know what the inspector and estimate person has been told.

Description of Work: We were updating light switches and outlets in a room we remodeled and could not the main light switch to work. AAA electric showed up as planned and the issue was fixed in just a few minutes. The technician also spent a few minutes reviewing another plan we had to make sure it looked ok. He was very professional.

Description of Work: We had agreed to pricing and work over the phone. After emailing him the project scope we agreed to he did not email or call me to confirm the work. I tried reaching him several times to no avail. Went elsewhere.

Description of Work: We had a intermitten malfunction in the garage and part of thehouse. We had a bad ground and they fixed the problem.

Description of Work: I called AAA to get a quote for some electrical work. The gentlemen who answered the phone was obviously only giving me a small portion of his attention. When I began to describe the work I needed done, he listened for a short while and then told me he was in the middle of a job and would call me back within a few hours. I never received a return call.

Description of Work: They ran additional wiring from one side of the house to the other for a new TV we bought.

Description of Work: Wired up a socket in a tight spot (short lead wires, small box).
