The work and workers were very helpful, they had been running late from a previous job, but still came over after 6PM. Replaced the front light and the doorbell, fixed the back light. Very, very nice people, who did not take advantage of my ignorance of all things electrical, I would definitely recommend them!

This guy doesn't seem to need any more work. He wouldn't even come out for an estimate, just quoted me an astronomical figure ($17,000) over the phone. We need the lines to the ceiling lamps replaced in 4 rooms. But he said everything has to be redone although I told him we have had work done before (from a good guy who moved away). He clearly didn't want the job.

Contacted AAA Electric to replace a broken attic fan. Selected them because of their high rating on Angie's List. They declined to do the job, without a satisfactory explanation: something like ''we don't do that kind of work''. Seemed odd for a full-service electrician, but maybe because it's been a hot summer. Found someone else to do the job.

Expecting great things based upon his high rating, I scheduled an appointment with Willis. He called 15 minutes after his appointment time, was going to be another 1/2 hour. No problem. Then called another 45 minutes later...wanted to shift to noon. All because he was busy and trying to get someone to cover him at the place he was apparently working. Showed up at noon, but showed up in soccer gear, clearly was NOT busy with other work. Incredibly unprofessional, took no notes, and apparently not interested in the job - just rattled off an astronomical quote and left. Very disappointed!

They were prompt, did the work quickly, explaining what they were doing and why, cleaned up very well after the work. They charged a fair price for the work they did and didn't do any work that wasn't needed. I would use them again in a heart beat and would recommend them to my friends and relatives.

I set up the appointment about a week ahead, getting an on-the-phone estimate of about $700. When more than an hour had passed beyond the appointed time, I called to find out if I had made a mistake or if they were running late. Seems they had lost their record of the appointment. But they arrived a couple of hours later. The 3 workers were courteous, neat, and polite. When cutting a hole in the plaster for the wall switch, they didn't notice that a heating vent above the spot would prevent them being able to run the wire, so that spot had to be patched and another one made. Luckily, I'm having the wall repainted next week anyway! One worker let me know that water was leaking under the house. This was very helpful to us since we didn't know that our AC was leaking. The work took longer than I expected: over 6 hours. Price turned out to be higher than expected due to need to run wires further. Found drinks they left in our fridge, but it was 101 degrees out. The work seems to be fine.

Wonderful experience. Service was professional and courteous, with a job very well done. Willis even provided solutions that I didn't know existed! Couldn't have asked for more.

Willis and his crew were professional, courteous, and comfortable to have around. Willis provided a written estimate, performed the work as scheduled, and the final cost was as estimated.

I called him late on a Saturday morning, and he answered the phone immediately, and was very polite. He told me he could come out later in the day after his current job was through. He gave me an estimate of $200-$300 after I explained the nature of the problem. He was late, but called well in advance and offered to take 10% off our bill in return. When he arrived, he was very professional, and answered all my questions very clearly. In the course of his investigation, he found a breaker not connected to code at our electrical panel. He explained this to me, but did not pressure us to address it. He put back together all the outlets he opened, and cleaned up before he left. I've used a two other electrical companies in the area within the last 3 years, and this is the best of the bunch. I would very highly recommend him.

Two electricians came the same day I called. They seemed knowledgable and courteous.

Our A/C circuit breaker tripped and would not reset, so I called AAA Elec. Willis replied that he could come over in half an hour. Wonderful! I thought. He called an hour later to apologize and say he'd be over the next morning -- some family matter had come up. He came by the next morning, almost on time, and very efficiently found the problem, replaced the circuit breaker, checked the overall wiring and made sure things worked. He was more expensive than my previous electrician had been for the same job (it had cost me $160 for two GFI circuit breakers last year and GFI circuit breakers are way more expensive) but my previous electrician has retired. I'd use Willis Tang again -- he is competent and did his job well even if he is expensive.

Considering the problems that occurred due to the construction and age of my home, they remained positive and polite. They respected my home by protecting the carpeting and cleaning up. Willis Tang explained all the processes as they went along. We are making plans to have them return for further projects.

I asked for a rush job, and he squeezed me in 2 days later but had to cancel that and come the next morning because the job he was doing ran long. He did give me a 10% discount for the reschedule. Willis was very nice and did arrive on time the second day. I have him scheduled to come back and install a ceiling fan.

He came out on a Sunday at his regular rate. Arrived promptly and was very polite. The problem was fixed very quickly.

He missed our first appointment, and I had to call him to find out where he was and why he didn't show. He asked for a second chance, and he showed up the next day in a timely manner and did the work. I'm not sure about the pricing because my 2nd opinion never called me back/showed up, and I needed the work done ASAP (not sure if I was in danger of fire). Willis showed up with an assistant, and they were very polite and went to work quickly. They were also considerate of my home and covered things to protect them as appropriate. Willis told me what they were doing and explained it all to me in simple layman's terms, which I appreciated. I felt confident in his abilities because he was able to so clearly explain everything to me. Overall, I am happy with his work, and would call AAA again if I needed more electrical work done.

Very satisfied with the work performed. Willis was easy to communicate with and offered several suggestions to lower electrical consumption. I would call them again.

He was able to come out that afternoon after finishing a job near by. My power was restored the same day.

I LIKED THE SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT HE GAVE ME. HE CAME ON A SATURDAY. HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR GOING OVER TO COSTCO AND PURCHASING THE LIGHTS. CALLED OTHER COMPANIES THERE QUOTE WAS $500.

They did a very good job. Everything was actually perfect. They came on time, fixed the problem and were very professional about the whole situation. They were really nice people and did not waste any of my time. I would hire them and would like to see their business expand.

They changed from our two-prong to three-prong wiring. They rewired and wired for a computer. They did an excellent job. They did riveting for our computer and put in outdoor plug in. They crawled under the house to get all the wiring done correctly.

WILLIS TANG DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WAS ON TIME, VERY PLEASANT AND EXTREMELY CONSCIENTIOUS. HE RAN INTO SOME UNEXPECTED PROBLEMS (UNAVOIDABLE AND NOT INITIALLY APPARENT) WHICH REQUIRED EXTRA TIME ON HIS PART, BUT HE STAYED THE EXTRA TIME TO FINISH THE JOB AND WORKED VERY CAREFULLY. HE DID NOT CHANGE THE INITIAL ESTIMATE.
