I was pleased with the work done. They completed the work over two days. It would have been 1 day, but the wiring of the new circuit proved troublesome and they had to work much harder to get it done.

They told us to charge minimum $95 just for coming in for an estimate, even we are less than 2 miles away from them. So, we passed this company.

They came out the same day I called and took care of it. I have used them several times, and they have always been responsive and done good work.

I reached Willis right away when I phoned. He gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone, and was able to come out the same day to do the work. He said he would call before coming, after he finished another job. He forgot to call; just came over, which was fine with me. I was going to be home anyway. I'm very pleased with his service and his work, and would use him again.

It went fine. The guys were prompt, did a good job, and there were no surprises. They were careful to ask my preferences in all areas where it was relevant so there were no disappointing "why did they do it THAT way" kind of things. It was just a bit more money that I wanted it to be.

Willis and his team did a fantastic job. The panel upgrade was challenging because the panel was very close to a gate, but they completed the job with minimal impact on my structure. One contractor suggested I move my gate. They showed up on time every day and called ahead if they were delayed (this only happened a couple of times). They kept me informed at all times and involved me in the project decisions whenever necessary. The project passed inspection without any issues. Willis is very knowledgeable in city building codes and knew what was needed. His willingness to assist me in planning the project and help me with suggestions as I complete it was most helpful. He even installed a large box above the new panel to make it very easy to run additional circuits in the future.

The first job went well; he showed up on time and quickly completed the simple job for a good price. It was the subsequent job that I had for him that never got off the ground. I set two appointments and both times he called after the scheduled time to reschedule. As it was a major job at my home, I wasn't willing to have this type of delay, so I didn't reschedule for a third try.

They lost my contact info and didn't show up at the agreed upon time. After I called them they did arrive but late enough in the day that they had to come back another day to finish. However, they did a good job.

Wonderful. Will was extremely quick in identifying the problem and also helped educate me on the overall electrical system along with great suggestions on how to avoid future electrical issues. He also was extremely thorough and checked each electrical connection to ensure that there were no other faulty switches. The work was extremely clean, all the dirt from the drilling was cleaned up. Will also helped replace our old overheated appliance with the new appliance and even wiped down our countertops during the replacement.

I found the company through Angie's list. I called Willis and got an estimate (price range) on the phone. He stopped by the house a day later and gave the real cost of the work. The cost was within the range of what I was expecting. He was very professional and very friendly. The work took two days. He always called when he was late. The job was done on time and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. I have to admit that he is one of the best contractors that I have dealt with. He gave me good advice on the house wiring since I was planning to rewire the house myself.

They're very responsive to phone calls. With a schedule appointment time, they called 1/2 hour before arriving to let us know they're on the way. A crew of 3 came to do the job, which was done in 20 min. They cleaned up the work area nicely afterwards. We'll definitely use them again in the future. Fast, friendly service. Highly recommended!

I contacted Will for an estimate on Friday. He made an appointment for Saturday at 10:30. He showed up exactly on time. He saw what needed to be done, gave us an estimate, and said he could obtain the necessary permits and perform the work on Wednesday. He showed up exactly when he said he would, finished when he said he would, and the work passed inspection with no problems at all.

Will quoted the 2,500.00 amount on the phone, and told me that it would include the inspection also. His estimate was $800-$1000 less than two other estimates that we had. He came out very quickly and honored Angie's List site coupon. The final price was the same, with the coupon. After the job was done, he came out again for inspection, and coordinated the time of inspection, so as to intercept the pool crew, in case they had any questions. He was very polite, and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend him.

AAA showed up on time. I explained the problem to them. They diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and told me how much it would cost to fix it. They replaced a circuit breaker and replaced some burnt out wires. I was happy with their service and price.

I got other estimates and they had the best price. I thought the price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. They did a very good job and everything has been working properly since the work was done. I thought they were friendly and that they knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to others.

I called Willis to get an estimate to run wiring from a switch to the ceiling to install a ceiling fan. He was in a meeting and asked if he could call me back. He called back within 15-20 minutes. We discussed the job, gave me a quote, and said that they can come out the same day. This was great because I was already home for a plumbing job. They came on time started to do the job and were done within a couple hours. They layed down tarps and cleaned up when job was complete. They even gave a quick explanation on how to operate the remote for our new fan. I was very happy with the service I received.

Went very well. Will was very professional and had some good suggestions on things I wasn't sure about.

Watch out - 3 "F"s, a "D", and a "C" in the last 9 reports. He missed our first appointment - a no show. When I contacted him (no call from him), he scheduled a second, and promised 10% off as an offering for no show. He then called and rescheduled to a third time. Eventually, the work was done, but when I asked for the 10% senior discount in addition to the "sorry I didn't show up" 10%, he said they weren't combinable, which means that one of the 10%s was false advertising. Left dirty hand-prints on ceiling.

I called Willis in the late morning and explained my problem. He said he was nearby and would come by my house after lunch. He arrived with two helpers who quickly tested the outlet, the breakers, and the GFI unit in the kitchen. Willis explained that the GFI unit had failed. They had a new part on the truck and installed it immediately. Willis took time to explain to me how GFI units work and why they fail. The whole job was done in 20 minutes. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

I had a circuit with my refrigerator, dishwasher and toaster oven on it. The circuit failed but did not trip a breaker. I called on a Sunday. They could not come until Monday. They advised me to put the refrigerator on an extension cord to a good plug. It was a wonderful suggestion. They came on Monday at the agreed upon time. They traced and fixed the problem. The technician took great care to explain to me everything he was doing and why. I was quite pleased.

An estimated 3 day job took 7 days, but I would rather have it all done correctly than quickly. Will obviously knew what he was doing and gave proper paperwork throughout the job. Will was not always on time when he said he would be at the house. A couple of days I had to call him and see when he was showing up to work. That would be my only complaint. He and his workers were very courteous and clean when working.

AAA was very quick to respond. I called and they were out the following day and responded quickly, and handled the job easily with a minimum of disruption. I would call them again anytime!

The whole experience was weird, it did not feel as if I was speaking with an actual company.

Will answered my phone call very promptly. He gave me a quote over the phone and explained to me what options I had. He arrived at my home at the appointed time and did an excellent job. He and his assistant were very professional and were able to solve some difficult situations that involved creativity and experience. They added a new circuit breaker to my existing electrical panel which required them to fish a wire through the wall from the basement. This proved somewhat challenging but they persevered until they were successful. Will has an amazing amount of tools that he utilizes that help him in his job. He was very neat and cleaned up thoroughly upon completing the job.
