The installers were efficient and professional. They replaced the ducts in my house in 2.5 days at a reasonable cost and with minimum upheaval. The primary interface for the project, the estimator, was immediately responsive to concerns. Overall, a very good experience, and I recommend A-1 highly. In fact, we will use them again for HVAC upgrades, maintenance, or repair.

The service is great, quick. professional, worker explained every detail along the way, the problems, the charges, etc. I feel the costs of parts is way too much than if you buy the parts yourself. But the worker is honest about it, I guess it’s what it is.

The system that was installed is not working right, it needs to be installed correctly.

They were scheduled time to come at a certain time and i was surprised because they showed up an hour early. They had mask on and took shoes off so they would not get on carpet, The pricing was great.

I had a recent experience with A-1 Heating & Cooling and I have to say they bring their A-game to any job they plan to do. I took 3 months to hire them, and they were very persistent and worked with my budget, which made me feel like they really cared about fulfilling my needs and care to get my business. Work was done as discussed, timing was on point. Goal was to get an AC installed and move the heater up to the attic. It took them 3 days to finish this job, but there was no interruption in the hallway, everything was kept clean, and it was done in a very honest and respectful manner.
