There were a number of individuals who were involved from start to finish. All of them provided exceptional service. As a analytical person, I had a number of questions, triggered by each separate process, example estimate, installation, financing , etc. Each individual didn't hesitate in providing answers I could trust. Example, the owner came out to confirm a bid I received. During that process, I showed him another bid, from another company which had a better system and better price. I ask the owner if this other system was better. He said "Yes" and he matched the system and price without hesitation. This particular question saved me thousands. Do your homework first, the call A-1, you be glad you did.

Buying a HVAC could be a stressful experience. I decided to go with A1 (Robert) because : Very clear they want to EARN my business. Gave me multiple options based on my need. Help me navigate through the rebate process. It was a very competitive package out of all the 5+ manufactures/contractors I interviewed. They continue to impress me post-sales: Technicians (Uly) were super clean/efficient throughout the whole process. The Rep would check in each day of the install. You could tell Sales/Tech have a tight team. its great end-end experience, I was skeptical at first but now I can say I'm a happy customer !
