Very knowledgeable service professional, who did great work. Office staff was very friendly. Cost seemed too high.

Very responsive and accessible. Have been very helpful in making sure everything is working properly

My only issue is they weren't up front about charging for the quotation.

I had my project finished today by A-1. If you use their service, I'd highly recommend you request Al Cancilla. He was my tech and he alone would be the reason I would use their services again. He was very personable and patient.

For those wants to install central AC needs to get the approval from HOA first prior to hire them to install the AC.

Sean Adams of A-1 Heating is a thorough professional. He arrived on time, got right to work and installed the A/C filter. The cost was extremely reasonable. in addition, he also discovered that my attic fan was burned out. I requested an estimate for replacement of the fan and he have him back soon for installation of a new fan. I’m confident that my electricity bill will decline when the new attic fan is installed. I offer my highest recommendation for A-1 Heating and Cooling!

A great company, a bit pricey, but when unanticipated problem with asbestos was discovered, they took care of the problem at no added charge. You can't beat that! Their employees were respectful careful and thorough. Very satisfied with their services.

I received a quote that was extremely excessive and when i asked how they came up with the quote i never received an answer.

Poor description of work they performed. No out line what their visited included. Changed the price quote from what we agreed to on phone before the visit , charged higher amount. To make it more unpleasant by giving me a attitude, when we discussed the scope of work in their definition of ?Tune up of system?. Technician did not even clean condenser coils. Not only I will not recommend this company , I think ?Home Advisor? should do better job screening the company they recommend.

They were installation was exceptional. The service techs were very professional. The sales guy was really helpful, knowledgeable. The owner of the company even visited my house. They required several calls to get the job squared away.

Had a little problem with final price upon job completion but got it all worked out. They don't normally offer senior discount but recommend they should.

We got our furnace diagnosed as DOA, a quote and replacement installed with in a week during the Christmas break. Honest, quick and professional. BRAVO!

Our pro Ken came in multiple times around our schedule, which was late, and tried relentlessly to fix the problem. We ended up having to replace the furnace with what I believe was a fair price.

Maurice, the estimator, was thorough and took the time to fully explain what was needed. We selected a new energy efficient wall furnace and they set everything up at a very reasonable price. The install crew were very pleasant and upbeat. They performed the removal and new installation in a manner that created the least disruption to our activities. After the install, they took me through all the functions and explained everything I needed to know. Very impressive to say the least. My thanks to everyone involved for their attitude and professionalism. My thanks also to Home Advisor customer service for connecting me with them.

I give them 5 stars for: 1) The estimator suggested a good Lennox furnace: not the most expensive and at a reasonable installation price; 2) Fast delivery: They came the same week to replace the old furnace by the new one; 3) The crew (3 people) was very knowledgeable: everyone knew what to do and they worked in parallel; 4) When I pointed to a small problem after the installation, A-1 Heating and Cooling was quick to react and solve the problem to my satisfaction; 5) I have the new furnace working for one week and so far everything works fine, including the air quality that is much improved (with a MERV-11 filter). Finally, I already registered the furnace with Lennox so I can forget about this project and dedicate my time to other things.

Company gave speedy service and met all promises on schedule.

I was very pleased with the job they did. They showed up to estimate the job the morning after we contacted them, did not charge us for the estimate (as some others did), and their sales manager who came out to do the estimate took a lot of time to make sure he knew what we wanted and did a great job of helping us see the benefits and draw-backs of the different solution options. Most importantly, he didn't try to over-sell us a fancy system that was too much for our house, he really helped us focus in on a system that was the right size for the job. Showed up within appointment time. Knowledgeable, neat and quick service. Problem was diagnosed and fixed on the spot. I felt the bill was a little high for being on the premises one hour only.
