Description of Work: I have used Squaretrade to warranty a variety of electronics. I have been fortunate that most of them have never had an issue but my iPad 2 has been replaced twice - once due to an internal issue and once due to me breaking the display. They took good care of me both times. I use them regularly - just put my Galaxy S5 with them.

Description of Work: Tv failed after only a few months-they paid me for it -it was under a $25 four year plan-they gave me a discount on the plan- as i was a repeat customer--just file your proof of purchase when you buy their plans and you will be good to go for future claims.

Description of Work: My phone was found at a gas station with a cracked screen. I sent it in to have it repaired. There was a $50 deductible, but I sent it in and they replaced it because it could not be repaired. The whole process took 4 days. It was great! I love SquareTrade. They do what they say that they will do at a fair price. Sure beats the phone company's warranties that you have to pay for monthly and it jacks your phone bill up. Here you pay one time, pay a deductible when you have your item fixed or replaced, and they are prompt in their response.

Description of Work: Purchased a new, out of manufacture cell phone from eBay. After four months, the phone quit working. Attempts to utilize warranty were met emails telling that 'good news! your item is still under it's original warranty'...they provided limited information on how to get someone else to service my square trade product. Very disappointing, will not waste the money again.
