If there were no stars as an option I would have chosen that option. Magic Plumbing is an organization full of SCAMS. The first plumber was inadequately trained to complete the job yet I was forced to pay $108 in fees for the visit. I placed a stop payment because the second plumber was even worse. I was told by plumber #1 that my clogged drain required a "hydrojet" service that he could not perform. When I contacted the company for a visit by plumber #2 to use the hydrojet process, plumber #2 spoken poorly of plumber #1 and told me "he's not trained to do clogged drains" so he then proposed a scam charge of $800. CHOOSE ANOTHER PLUMBER!

Excellent response time ... Adrian the technician was very knowledgeable on diagnosing the problem, his explaination before starting work effort was thorough and then he successfully fixed the problem. Overall, I was very satisfied with the complete effort!!
