Very good. Did a fast check & fixed the problem. Expensive but it was a Saturday, and places to buy parts were closed. Happened to find an open place, so all was good. They didn't have the part I needed on their truck.

Quick response, scheduled same day, work was done within 90 min. Hire them.

What I expected: here's your estimate; see you sometime next week. What I got: an almost-instant call back, on-time arrival of a courteous plumber, immediate analysis AND REPAIR of the leak in under 90 minutes, and the gift of the time (and money!) I expected to waste in the process. I-heart-Magic!

The repairman appeared on time for an early morning appointment hour and made a quick-fix faucet washer replacement and no demolition was necessary to the wall or valves in order to abate the faucet leaking problem. Very satisfied with the service done and would call MAGIC again in the future considering a total bathroom re-do. Thanks for the help and the early-morning scheduling.

Magic Plumbing was very responsive, and kept the appointment to do the work, however the workman came a bit late, which crimped my own time schedule, and he came unprepared to do the job. He had had to change trucks earlier in the day, and didn�t take any of his own tools or equipment to do the jobs he had to do. He was courteous, and very polite, but I couldn�t imagine a plumber coming to install a garbage disposal without plumbers� putty to seal the kitchen sink drain. Because I had to leave before the job was finished, my renter had to clean up the floor because the workman had no drop cloth, or cleaning supplies to clean up after himself. I might call Magic again, but I�ve experienced better service in my 44 years of property management. I�d check again with Home Advisor for another pro to do the job.

Very straightforward and honest company. Sewer repair project was to run over budget due to factors not anticipated. However, true to their word, they honored the original quote for the work to be done. Work was completed very professionally with good quality. Would definitely recommend highly.
