Ike's was a pleasure to work with. They were the only contractor I called that called me back the same day. They set up a convenient appointment, and arrived early. The work was done and led by Isais, Ike's son, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The work was done quickly and professionally, in the time quoted and allotted. I had a subsequent malfunction with the motion sensor light after heavy rains. I called Ike's, and was called back the same day. Isais came out the next day and replaced the motion sensor and restored it to full working condition. This is a great family-run business that is highly responsive, professional, and does great work. I wish all service providers were like this.

Excellent. My tenant reported that the refrigerator was not operating. She checked the outlet behind the refrigerator, and when she pulled the plug, it sparked. As a result, she used an extension cord which was connected to an outlet in the dining room. This, I thought, was dangerous. I sent Ike an email the evening my tenant reported the problem, and he contacted me by phone the next morning. He was available to check it out that afternoon, and he replaced the defective outlet. He also repaired an existing connection in the bedroom/bathroom and checked for defective wiring. My tenant and I are very pleased. Ike was punctual and professional. When I spoke to him on the phone, I found him to be very helpful. His quick response is much appreciated.

Ike did a great job. He called me back within 1 business day (I left a voice mail on New Year's eve) and he showed up the same day. He was professional, timely, and knew what he was doing. Very well. He replied to my call by the next day, made an appt, came out an gave an estimate on the work. I asked him for advice on several other issues. He returned the next week and installed the new outlet, new outdoor fixture, installed a cover plate.

Ike came out to do the estimate and took the time to go over my options and explain the wiring in my old apartment. He was very friendly, polite, on time, thorough and informative. I definitely feel liked I learned some new things about electricity! Ike spent 40 minutes here for the estimate. I received the estimate by email later that same day for $400. His very capable son, Isaias, came to do the work a couple of days later. He was also very polite, nice, respectful of my apartment, etc. The work was done exactly as required in about 4 hours. The estimate was right on and the work was perfect! Thanks guys!

Ike and team (Leonard) worked professionally and did amazing work. They kept the work-site clean and professional during the process, worked with the other contractors and city inspector outstandingly. Leonard in particular is very talented and hard working.

Ike, and his colleague Leonard, were both great - competent, creative problem-solvers, great trouble-shooters, and respectful of our home. They were flexible about us adding requests to the scope of the project, and fair in how they priced everything. The entire job was scheduled to take 3 days, but ended up taking 4-1/2. Part of that is because I added to the scope. Part of it is because they work carefully and deliberately and make sure they're doing it right. We're very happy with the work done, and confident of its quality.

They were fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done. They got the job done in a timely manner. I am was very pleased with the work they did and I have not had any problems since the work was done.

He provided excellent service, and understood the simple and the more complicated aspects of electrical wiring.

When I contacted Ike by phone he offered to look at the job and provide an estimate the next day. Because I live in a TIC and we have a lot of approval process, it took several days to have the estimate okayed by everyone. Ike checked in and came to complete the job within two days. He did an excellent job installing the light.

Ike's was absolutely fantastic !! Very professional, very nice, and excellent craftsmanship on placement of the new outlet, as it was a tight squeeze to place it where it won't interfere with the cables, pipes, etc...I have had bad experiences with craftsmen over the years and this has been the best experience to date- so I am not an easy to please person necessarily- as my significant other would agree.

Overall, the problem was fixed, and as there was some time left in the 2 hour minimum, Ike also advised us on a couple of other repair issues, which was helpful.

Ike responded promptly to my call. Arrived on time and was very efficient and knowledgeable. He did a great job and would definitely hire him again for any job big or small.

Our gas furnace went out the evening of Dec. 26 and we suspected it was an electrical problem -- a holiday week when it's hard to reach anyone. Ike responded promptly to our initial phone call the next morning and was at our house just a couple of hours later. He quickly assessed the problem, fixed it and made other recommendations that would help the aging wiring in our home. Excellent job. Excellent service.
