Jose came alone on time and did an excellent job. I removed most of drawers and books before the job, He was able to move almost all the furniture around and cleaned. He only could not clean under our bed. I was very happy with his job. I will use their services regularly.

This is the second time we've used Healthy Choice. The cleaner was affable, professional, and efficient. This time, our carpets were fairly dirty in the well-trafficked spots after the late spring rains and delays caused by family illness. When the job was finished, the carpets looked clean, even in the heavy traffic areas, where other companies have had difficulty removing spots.

They came within a day or two. They were very through, very quick, and very professional. They came exactly when they said they would. They were done in an hour. The work went very well. They were great and were reasonably priced too. I was totally satisfied with their service.

I took their card because I plan to call them the next time, they did a really good job. They were fast, very pleasant and did a good job. The whole thing was excellent.

Overall it went well - within one week of my phone call I had an appointment. The cleaners showed up on time and spent about 2 hours on the work. I had two stains I had hoped would come out, but they didn't. I understand the nature of the stains and the cleaning process doesn't guarantee this, but I was a little disappointed. Not that I feel that has anything to do with the company itself. I like that they are a green cleaner and feel this is of utmost importance.

I chose Healthy Choice because it was so highly rated on Angie's List. The experience was very positive. I got an estimate over the phone. They came a bit early and did a really nice job. There was no perfum-ey smell afterward, and the doggy smell in our house was pretty much gone afterwards. Everything looks really nice.

They were terrific. They came on time and were careful about everything and got all the stains out. I have called them back a couple times since then.

They mail a discount coupon during the year so I always have that. I've used their service twice, they use eco-friendly plant based products and they do a good job.

The carpets look fantastic! Better than they did when they were new. The pile is clean, and high, and the tough stains in the dining room area, are completely gone! No odors from any cleaning products he used, were detected. I was especially happy to know that no dangerous or harmful, or caustic chemicals were used in the cleaning process - only natural, safe solution.

Gave estimate on phone and made appointment for a Saturday as I requested. Arrived on time, cleaned the carpets--took extra care with a stained area and did a good job. The tenants didn't have a good vacuum--so they vacuumed with their power vac before cleaning the carpet. Charged as estimated. It's a plus that they don't use toxic cleaners--and that they gave three fluorescent bulbs as a gift for being an "Angie's List Customer". I will definitely use them again!

We had spilled a casserole on the living room carpet, and had quite a mess. Healthy Choice cleaned it beautifully and efficiently. They were in an out in 45 minutes, and our carpets have never looked a clean as they did this time. They used a natural cleaning solution, and the carpets dried quickly. Wonderful. We will definitely call them again.

Having just moved to a new apartment, the carpets were badly in need of cleaning. I selected this company based on the Angie's List reviews. I called to make an appointment which was scheduled a couple of weeks ahead. Their price structure was clearly described. On the day they were running late but got to work quickly and were finished in 1 hour. Most importantly, the results are great - all the stains are gone. The light color carpet and the rug came up particularly well.

I set up an appointment with Healthy Choice Carpet Cleaners. I changed my schedule at work (took the day off) to be home on the day of the appointment. Mary called me on Sunday to tell me that the truck had broken down and they would not be able to make the Monday appointment. She could re-schedule, but non of the days would work because of my work schedule, I was very disappointed with the phone call. Mary is the receptionist who called me; we played phone tag for a week because Mary would leave messages on my home phone and cell phone and NEVER would leave a call back number? Since I didn't have the phone number in hand, I would have to call Angie's List, get the phone number, leave a message and wait for a call back. I decided to hire another company!

I had scheduled the appointment a month in advance as I was going to be out of town. But on the day of the appointment the city was in process of repaving the street and so we had to cancel. They fit me the next day and everything got clean in a very short amount of time.

Overall, the service was very good. John took a look at the items I wanted cleaned and told me that one chair would clean very well, and the sofa, other chair, and rug he would do his best on, but no promises because of the type of fabric they were and some of the stains involved. The results were just as he said they would be, which is all I can really ask for. He did give me a tip on washing the cushion casings instead of having him clean them - which worked very well and saved me quite a bit of money. My one complaint is that I had a 5 pm appointment. As of 5:10 no one had shown up or called. I called them to ask what the deal was, and the woman answering said she would check on it. She called me back immediately to let me know John was going to be 45 minutes late. While I understand that things can run longer than expected, I do expect a call to let me know about the delay. The service itself was very good and quite affordable.

I was really happy with them and would definitely use them again.
