Terrible Service and unreliable personnel

The housecleaner used a product on my bathroom counters and ruined them. She also refused to clean baseboards, and brought a vacuum cleaner that was not strong enough.

The woman arrived and brought in a bucket with cleaning products and other items. Not including; mop, vacuum cleaner, and not enough cleaning solution to mention a few. This young woman used the last of the cleaning solution in her bucket that already had dirty water in it. Then, continued to clean around with the same dirty water and dirty rag all over the kitchen area. I observed all of this and was very disappointed to say the least. In fact, I was shocked. I didn't see her do any cleaning in the one bedroom which I pointed out to her only to do the window sills and windows since fortunately the carpet was already steam cleaned and told her this when I first showed her around and what was to be done. I asked her if she cleaned out the refrigerator. She said no, that is it considered extra for the refrigerator and oven to be cleaned. So, I requested that she just rinse out the drawers and she did. Meanwhile, now I had to scrub the bottom of the oven for a few minutes. The time frame that she was supposed to work was for three hours. She left at two hours. She said nothing to me about leaving early before hand (when she arrived or when she was about to leave. Apparently, she had been communicating with her ride that brought and dropped her off to work. The woman told me that she does not live here (Sonoma Co., CA.) she lives in Denver, CO. and was visiting a friend here. Well thankfully she will not be doing much more work in this area for more people to be disappointed with her work. I paid for three hours and got just two hours of work. So, I would like to get a refund. I am glad that I was not moving in this place - I was moving out. Especially after seeing her work.

Not person Handy said was coming. Home not cleaned properly. I paid for deep clean & had to re-clean oven. Dusting minimal & much untouched Couch cushions untouched with dust & fur on backs. Friendly guy came but very unprofessional. He handed me his personal biz card - not cool. . I feel this needed ‘a woman’s touch’. His culture may have clashed with mine. My standards re his was way off I’ve tried to contact Handy & was given phone # that just gives a ‘handy.com/help’ note to go online. That online contact is undeliverable. I need to cancel all upcoming housecleaning appointments. I may need to cancel my credit card too Thanks for ‘listening’ Katie Colino #415-404-0619

It was awful and expensive, they didn’t clean what I wished for

It did not go. I was notified 60 minutes my appointment they would not be coming and rescheduled for 4 days later without my concurrence. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I cancelled my subscription, Avoid Handy!

Scheduled a cleaning for the next day. Took time off to go meet the cleaners. Got a message 30 minutes before scheduled arrival cancelling. No way to talk to someone other than their garbage app. Recommend to avoid.

It was easy to book and they were on time.

Dena is thorough, friendly, and works at a good pace. She is trustworthy and notices details that others might overlook.
