Handy House Cleaning

Great experience. Eddie in SF was so thorough and fast. We are really excited about how clean our apartment is after only 2 hours! Floors, surfaces, and the bathroom are all spotless and all the trash is out.

They never showed up to look at the job. I waited for them, no showed.

No one showed up. I think it was Majestic . When I called again they wouldn’t talk to me without scrolling down. Rose called and talked to my husband and said she would send a form. She didn’t.lpl

My wife wanted a one time house cleaning on our vacant rental house. She inadvertently selected a cleaning plan, which she did not want. She immediately tried to switch it to a one time cleaning and got an email stating that there would be a $99 cancellation fee. She called our bank and cancelled the payment. This company is very impersonal as you cannot actually call and talk to someone. I do not recommend this service.

What ever i was specific about and over all cleaning was very good.

Vicki did a thorough, professional job in less than 2 hours. She was very efficient

Bad. Her name was Lupe and she did not do a good job. And she was a no show the first day and over an hour late the next day.

Called anead. Arrived on time. Cleaned quickly, throughly and very well.

I called handy ahead of time to let them know exactly what I needed. I was told that I needed to purchase the deep cleaning service with extras so that I could have my fridge and stove cleaned. We are selling our home and I wanted it to look nice. I told the woman on the phone that I needed baseboards, cabinets, and every corner to be cleaned. I was willing to pay. No problem. When the man arrived on the day of cleaning he asked where he should start. I told him wherever he wanted as he would know best how to manage his time. He started in the kitchen.. I was moving things on that day so there were a few boxes in the center of the living room (not to be in his way) and I'd be in and out all day, running errands etc. When I came back 3.5 hours later he was finishing up the oven and said that he only had a few minutes left of his alloted time and asked if there was a small job he could do. I was so upset and intimidated that I didn't say anything at the time. He didn't even clean the bottom drawer of the oven. All he did in that time was clean the oven and cook surface. And poorly. I will never hire them again. I know I didn't pay much but I was told all rooms would be cleaned. I could've done the stove myself. The next week I hired Ingrid cleaning and her crew did an amazing job at double the price. It was worth it.

Very well. House keeper Breani Name misspelled sorry. she was very prompt - wore her mask at all times and very concerned to be using her help to do whatever I needed. I would ask her back if needed. My regular helper returned this week so not needed yet to ask for help from HANDY. Thank you very much. Teresa

I explained prior to the service appointment that my mother was disabled and in need of a deep cleaning. Unfortunately, the maid showed up, and chose to only clean the inside of the oven for the two hour time she was there for. The appointment was set for four hours, so you can imagine my bewilderment upon learning this from my mother. While I did receive a refund, it was pretty disappointing to have this experience given it was my first time ever using Handy. I will not be a returning customer.

The pro did it all very professionally and brought her own cleansers with her. We were extremely satisfied !1

They did not showed up on the appointment time. I called them to follow up but they said that the appointment was cancelled. They did not notify me before the appointment time. Because I have already paid for the service, the only thing that they said is they will just refund me the money.

Did not hire way too high price with several people cleaning.found better offer less people less time for half less.

This was the first assignment for Keven. He was rather slow. We had to stop him because he ran out of time. I give him credit though because the house had been neglected for a while and for a first time project he was pretty overwhelmed. I will use them again with a more experienced worker. He drove away without his basket of supplies. It is still here waiting for him to come pick up.

Oralia is cheerful and very competent. She also adapts to requests for special attention areas needing extra attention.

Blanca came and cleaned my house for the first time! She did an AMAZING job! I love using handy! The app is so easy to use and communicate with the professionals! Super happy! I will definitely be using again!

Diamond was very friendly and sweet. She was great explaining her cleaning process and was good with the little details. Her cleaning products were nice smelling, nothing too overbearing.

They called back and gave a price. But the company is not local. They sub-contract to some local cleaning crew. I wanted someone on a regular basis and did not feel they would be there each week. And when someone did not show, they are not local to get in contact and would then call in someone else new. And since they sub-contract, I felt that the people who did the work would not be as responsible as someone local. Could of just been my attitude, but I did not want different people each week in my home.

I got mostly what I expected, some good surprises, a couple of minor disappointments. My countertops, stove and cabinets were the surprise, not moving a number of pieces of furniture to do the floors was disappointing. This was our first hire to house clean so in her defense we may not have been as clear as we needed to be with our intentions.
