Description of Work: We called them to fix the washing machine that was starting the wash just fine but would not continue advancing to following tasks such as rinse, etc. They immediately identified the problem as the timer and they were right. However, they quoted a price for the part that was more than twice the price we found on line. First they said they would have to order it, then they said they thought they may have that part in their other car. In summary, we believe they were trying to over charge us. Fortunately, my roommate ordered the part online and replaced it herself.

Description of Work: Came during scheduled window on Friday,diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator but had to order the part. Returned on Tuesday during scheduled 2-hour window, replaced the part and found another problem, replacing another part to fix that. Price was most reasonable and refrigerator now runs well.

Description of Work: I had a gas leak and they replaced the regulator in my stove--an inexpensive part. They did a fine job, but the total cost was $500. You can BUY a stove for $500. Ridiculous.
