It is very good and fast.

It went excellently. The two guys who showed up, one was Ron (the owner I assume) and his assistant, Matt, were on time, and extremely knowledgeable about garage doors. A bracket had broken on one side, and they had a spare/replacement on their truck. So the assessment and repair/replacement of the cables and one bracket took about 30 minutes. They also checked the track alignment, oiled the tracks and bearings, and adjusted the entire door so it would run as smoothly as possible. They did all this cheerfully, and with obvious skill and experience. The cost was exactly the estimate that had been quoted on the phone. Superlative service and I would highly recommend this company to anyone with garage door issues.

Came out immediately when called for estimate. Their bid was clear. They were able to explain differences between their bid and the other I received. Their price, including a requested senior discount was better. Work was done within the time they promised All contacts were professional.

They were good and very prompt. If I have any other garage jobs, I would probably just replace it. I thought the price was a little high.

Before hiring these contractors, we went to their showroom where they explained all the possibilities. We chose one that rolls up in sections and just love it. The installers were nice guys and had the job completed in three hours. I recommend them.

This is a nearly exact quote from the Garage Master repair man. "We will give low quotes over the phone since the customers are shopping around. If we gave a higher quote, the customer would call another company and we would not get the service call." In many retail firms, this process is called "bait and switch" and the merchant will advertise an inferior at a truly bargain price, and when the customer arrives at the store intent on the item (for example, a TV), the item is declared no longer in stock but another higher priced item is offered to the customer who is already "sold" on the item.

Called them at 12 noon, the appointment set for 2pm. Tech came at 1:30pm, replace the broken item within 20-30 mins and everything is back in good working condition. I guess reasonable price for 30 mins of work and a replacement spring. Prompt and professional. Give them a shot. They get the job done!

It was ok service. They were very contentious. They were all very courteous and hardworking. I have yet to see how they work. They made one minor mistake. They admitted it and replaced it without any charge.

Very professional in all communications and dealings. Did a very efficient installation, thoroughly checked everything with me afterwards and neatly cleaned up the garage floor and environment.

After calling several companies, Garage Master was most responsive and had someone out the next day. Tony arrived on time, was professional and friendly. He even showed me how I can maintain it myself in the future and save myself some money! This is in contrast to another company that ''diagnosed'' my problem over the phone and told me I would need a new sprocket and other parts in a system only 5 years old. They also claimed to be the only company that carried those particular parts. So glad I didn't go with them! Garage Master's service call fee was less than all the other companies as well.

THE COMPANY DID A FIRST RATE JOB. THEY HAD TO RECONSTRUCT THE WHOLE GARAGE DOOR. THE SERVICE MAN WAS ON TIME, AND EVERYTHING WAS FINISHED ON TIME. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WITHIN A WEEK AS PROMISED.
