Garage Masters were terrific, answering the phone on a Sunday and coming out first thing Monday morning. Polite, efficient, timely. If we ever need to fix or replace our door, we'll definitely call them again.

He was great! Not only were they here within 3 hours of my call, but when he was done fixing my rollers, he tightened all of the screws and lubed the track. The garage door works better than ever!

The repair was completed within one hour of my calling the company! The service provider was efficient and polite.

Other repair people said we needed an entirely new garage door tjhat would cost $2,000, and the part that we needed was not available. Garage Masters arrived within one hour of our call, they had the part, installed it, and charged us $245. The garage door works perfectly. Very thorough, professional, timely and Garage Masters solved the problem.

They were good. They were very honest and ndash; they tell us exactly what we needed and what we don't need. They replaced the engine and check the garage door said it was in good condition. The price was reasonable.

The installer was smart, capable, and did it right the 1st time.

I feel they were fair with pricing, prompt, and feel they are really honest. Their service was good and I don't recall any problems at all. I did ask for an estimate for some other work and thought the pricing again was fair.

Edwin came by 10 minutes early - we had just finished eating lunch. He quickly went through the garage and made a plan for what needed to get done. Throughout he was quite efficient, and asked if we needed screws tightened or any other features added. He proceeded to get to work in tightening the screws holding up the garage door opener to the ceiling, including putting in new bracing, and adding additional screws for support, taking down the old opener and reinstalling the new one, and installing the digital opener and touchpad. He was done in about 1 1/4 hour, which I thought was pretty fast given the amount of work that needed to get done. Everything was done in the open and we could see every step of his work, and he was entirely open to explaining what he was doing at every step. It was an entirely pleasant experience and well worth the money we spent.

I probably could've done the job myself since it took him 5 minutes, but live and learn.; They were prompt and professional.

Once again, it went very well and I even recommended this company to my neighbor across the street who was having problems With their garage door.

We came home from dinner on New Years Eve and our garage door wouldn't open. Since it's the only way into the garage, that was a problem. Worse, we have a vacation planned starting on January 3, and needed to get the car into the garage to avoid street cleaning tickets while we're gone. I tried to get the garage door open on the morning of the 1st. No luck. I called Garage Master late in the morning, expecting to have to leave a message, but hoping to get a call back on the morning of the second. To my surprise, they answered the phone. They were closed on the 1st (no surprise there) but scheduled an appointment for between 10 am and 11 am on the 2nd. On the 2nd, I got a call around 9:15 am saying they could be at my house early. They arrived around 9:30, diagnosed the problem about 2 minutes later, estimated 45 minutes for the repair, and finished things up by 10 am (i.e. ahead of schedule). Whole experience was awesome.

I needed my garage door fixed--and quick! So I did a quick angieslist search and--behold!--right in my neighborhood--just what I needed, and well-regarded by Yelpers. For good They got back to me quick, was able to come over quick, and less than an hour later my ancient garage door had a new spring and shiny cables. We shook hands and I said, and quot;I'll see you in 15 years.and quot; and quot;That's about right,and quot; he said, and away he went, with a shiny new check (he don't accept plastic, and good for him).

GM provided excellent service. They are my first choice for garage door issues.

These guys were awesome. From estimate to installation they were professional, helpful, and honest. There was some miscommunication about the type of door/motor to install, but they made sure everything was fixed, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The door looks great, works great, and everyone was extremely easy to work with (and I've worked with some difficult contractors in the past). I would HIGHLY recommend these guys.

Overall, the experience was very good. The person from Garage Master was on time, courteous, explained options and performed the replacement very well. My only complaint is that I received incorrect maintenance information for the unit. I was told that I was to us WD-40 on the rollers, track and spring every six months. Using WE-40 instead of a lubricating oil seem strange to me, so I contacted the manufacturer and was told that I should use a lubricating oil on the rollers and garage door hinges once a year (nothing on the track or spring.

I was thinking that I needed a new door but they were great and said that I didn't need a new door. They said it is like a tune up that they do to get the wheels switched up. I was pleased with the quote. They were on time and that was the thing that stood up the most about them.

Ed came over and fixed everything very professionally. Seemed very knowledgeable, too. Would use them again to upgrade, etc.

They were very professional, courteous and did the job within a half an hour. They left no mess, had reasonable pricing and were very efficient. I will use them again in the future.
