ATLAS PLUMBING & ROOTER

We have used Atlas in the past and will use them again. Last time was for sewage back up into our garage, toilet, shower. It was a nightmare to us which they resolved easily. This latest visit was for a toilet which my husband had dismantled and which had to be flushed with wire hanger in tank. The plumber came on a Saturday and fixed the problem immediately without charge. We have found Atlas to be easy to contact with appointments made quickly. Plumbers are punctual, professional and helpful.

The head plumber on today's job, Roland, was extremely professional and thorough. The whole job wa done in a timely manner, and they made sure they cleaned afterwards. Thank you for a job well done.

Making an appointment was fast and easy: they seem to be available whenever you are. Justin showed up on time, performed the desired work professionally, and cleaned up the area before leaving. The shower system looks and works great. I'll keep coming back to Atlas.

Great job, quick and quiet !

We've used Atlas several times before on small project with good results. Their handling of this project was exceptionally good. They ran into a few snags along the way, this is what happens when you start digging things up, but they pulled in additional men so that they completed things on time. Will definitely use them for any future projects we have.

They were very professional and managed to open the main drain access port which another company was unable to do. Also they have extra long cleanout lines which the other company did not have.

Very professional from start to finish. They explained everything with patience and kept us informed of the progress. It was a MAJOR undertaking (a quarter of our garage floor dug up down to 4 feet of depth), and it was good as new when finished. A bit pricey, but lack of sewage backing up into our shower was well worth the cost!

This was a larger job than first thought because of new piping from the meter to the heater. Eventually came out right.

Took a while. Very old house. Explained all details very carefully and updated estimate has challenges came up.

I called in the morning, they showed up in the afternoon. The plumber who arrived was on time, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The price to clear the drain was expensive - around $185 I believe. They wouldn't talk about the price upfront (over the phone) so I could either tell him to go home or ask him to perform the work. We talked about clearing the problematic drain and then about the fact that I wanted to install a garbage disposal. He said he had one on the truck and could do it right then and there - I agreed. The price for all seemed more reasonable.

My sewer system backed up, and raw sewage flooded out from a drain in my driveway, seeping into my garage. Atlas sent out a crew the same day. They were very professional and persistent. The job took many hours as they kept attempting to clear the line. I was on the verge of having to OK excavation, but they called another truck in which carried high speed water blasting equipment. After about forty five minutes of this effort I was informed that the procedure was successful! All through the day I witnessed that the head of the crew was patiently mentoring a newly hired young man, and this was very endearing to see. Atlas is now my go-to company for any plumbing needs, and I highly recommend this very professional group which serves San Francisco and the South Bay as well. They cleaned up everything, leaving my property spotless before leaving.

It was a great experience. They replaced my water heater in a timely and reasonably priced manner. I would recommend them to anyone. They honored the Angie's list coupon as well.
