ATLAS PLUMBING & ROOTER

I’m applying ADU in my backyard, my architect recommended Altas Plumbing And Rooter to me. Aura who works in customer service has helped me schedule, answer questions, and deal with the city agency. She made my project work well. She is taking very good care of her customers. I am really satisfied with what Atlas has done for me. ��

Work was done quick, communication was great, pricing transparent (if high! $325). One star off because they messed up the booked time once before making it at the second appointment.

They did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

The diagnosis was a new faucet, but the business had an account with Home Depot, an d my wife wanted. model from Lowe's. We had to go and purchase it,m and the installation was fine.

Described job when estimate was requested. Plumber expressed surprise when he found out 3 toilets needed work. Initial estimate was to replace angle valves and fix leaks. Price was agreed upon and angle valves were replaced. Plumber thought the leaks were due to the flapper gaskets so he "flipped" the gaskets on all 3 toilets. One toilet obviously needed a new filler so he used a new filler I had provided. Leaks continued on 2 toilets. The leaks were actually due to the fillers, not the gaskets. Was told I would need to schedule a new appointment later in the week for a new (additional) estimate to fix the remaining toilets. Second appointment came and plumber did not show even after I called to inquire. Next day the plumber arrived with a helper. Two fillers were replaced. Noted that because of the design of the toilets they needed to be moved to get access to the connectors.

They were very responsive and professional and took care of the problem quickly.

Awesome! The plumbers were available two hours before I was expecting them to arrive. They were courteous (covered their shoes with hardwood floors), professional and diagnosed the problem very quickly. They were efficient and extremely professional. I will definitely consider hiring them again for other plumbing needs. Thank you Atlas!

It went very well. Two very pleasant young men came to my apartment and quickly and efficiently unplugged the drains.

They were unable to find the house, despite owner being in the garage working. Work was done fast and professionally but was charged per tub and cost was over $500 which seemed excessive.

Atlas did a great job; Sergio arrived at the promised time, took a look at what needed to be done, provided a quote and went to pick up the appropriate replacement water heater as the existing water heater drained. Sergio was very professional; he changed the layout of the gas line so that it looked better and made it easier to sweep around the water heater; Sergio did a very neat and clean job.

Atlas was Great! Previously, I had a different plumber come out and give me a quote which I found outrageously high priced, and indeed after talking with Atlas, I was not mistaken! The gentleman who came over was respectful, cordial, and understanding. He gave me a quote less than Half what the first plumber had told me — the intial plumber simply didn’t want to do the job of fixing an older toilet is what I honestly believe, and therefore was high-balling the figure, a lot! In the end, my friend took care of both issues. But, had I not had this friend, I would have Definitely hired Atlas!

Grohe Thermostatic pressure valve needed 3 visits to get the temperature exactly correct. Plumbers Aaron and Justin were very good and I would use again.

He came out on Thursday afternoon and scheduled the repair for Saturday. He was punctual and very professional. Did a great job.

Danny was super friendly and made the interaction easy and as pleasant as having a toilet leak fixed can be!

Excellent, plumber came out promptly and cleaned out pipe. Was done with efficiency. Gave advice on what he found in pipeline and how not to have problem happen again.

Great. Atlas scheduled a one-hour window and their guys showed up during that one-hour window. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. When a part on the faucet I had purchased turned out to be defective, they immediately took the part and the receipt to Lowe's and tried to get a replacement on the spot. I will use Atlas again for my next plumbing project.

Everything went well. They were quicker than they told me.

They were good, polite, and to the point. It was one person who came to do the work. He did it quickly and everything worked out fine.

I had this done for my own peace of mind since we had quite a bit of work done to the house and a sewer backup would have caused more expense. The video was supposed to be the same as would be given to the city if it was required. The video required by the city includes the front of the house and house number. Although that video was captured, it didn't make it on the disk. I've called in and asked for the complete DVD which is the reason for the B rating on quality. I'm sure it was an oversight and will be taken care of shortly.

Very badly. The technician requested for the water system for the entire condo building to be shut off in which HOA of my condo building charge to do so. He himself set up the repair date with my building manager assistant. The technician never show up As I called Stlas , the receptionist rudely said the technician was sick and they called and left me a message. I never received their message . I called another Ace plumbing company, and the repair cost was $250 fcompare to Atlas quote was $850. The main water system was not needed to be shut off . It was a horrific experience with Atlas Plumbing, they were unprofessional, unreliable and overly price. Cecilia 1050 North Point St. #403 San Francisco

I called Atlas in the evening and Left a message with their answering service. Eric called me right back and was extremely professional and kind. My two elderly parents live in the home and he was courteous and understanding of our need to get our sewer line working. I would definitely use Atlas again, but I'd make sure Eric was doing the job. I am confident that he would do an excellent job , with professionalism and courtesy.

Had to schedule another appointment to replace trap. They showed me the trap that was replaced and I could see that it was completely blocked and did need to be replaced. They did a good job.

The Atlas plumber came to my house and did not fix anything. He claimed that both of my perfectly decent ceramic toilets needed to be replaced when really they just needed mineral deposit cleaned out. I later found out on YouTube how to fix it myself with 15 minutes of effort. He also didn't address the leaking bathroom sink, leaking toilet valve, issue with toilet not flushing without holding the handle, etc. After I complained to management they scheduled the same plumber to return. I left work early to meet him at 4PM. He called at 3:45PM to say he would not be coming because another customer's job in a different city ran over. Later I followed up with the office secretary who agreed to have the office manager call me back. She never called back and said she did not get the message. When I called again a week later to request a refund the Office Manager said she would have the owner call me. He never called. This is why I've written my first negative review on Angie's List
