Great job on all aspects.

They did the work in two days. They did more than I expected and cleaned up after themselves. They were fantastic. They suggested a cheaper way of handling the problem than I had anticipated. It cost us less than what it would have had we used someone else.

They answered the phone and were receptive to my questions. They were very professional too. My experience with them was fine. I don?t remember anything negative about the experience. I chose not to go with them only because of the price.

They came out the same day that I had called. They had to come back the following day too because of the extra work they did of cutting the pipe. I never actually met any of the crew. Everything was done while I was at work.

overall I was pleased with the work. I was at work when my roomate called to let me know I had a back up. I called atlas ( iam am landlord) and they came out and met my roomate within a couple of hours at most. They snaked and sealed my leaking downstairs toilet, but teh clogged upstairs one could ot be snaked (not a suprise since my girlfriend dump soup in teh toilet with a big beef bone, i know dont ask). they offered to come back later in the day to cut my main pipe in garage, unclog it and placed a new piece in teh middle with new straps. Everything was done before I got home, i paid over teh phone and I now have happy toilets. I never saw teh plumber since it was done within a fast time frame and i gues a decent price.

We had a backed up garbage disposal (we thought) but when water started backing up in the sink and then the shower, we knew we needed a plumber ASAP. Atlas came in less than 24 hours and they did an excellent job. Faren was the lead man on the job, but there was one other excellent plumber who worked with him to solve the problem

It wasn't completed satsifactorily but they did come back and repair it. There was a lot of concrete work involved, and it's not perfect, but it seems to be working.

The service was excellent. Jonathan knows what he's doing. I would use them again.

They did a decent job. In order to get a good job done, I needed to check their work regularly and in several cases, have it redone. The plumbing looked professional - the main problem I think was that they were in a rush and let things slide, rather than that they were inexpert. The most egregious example of this is that they installed a toilet 2 inches above where it needed to be once the tiled floor would be laid. To do it right, they needed to spend another 4 manhours adjusting the piping, which they did without complaint once I pointed out the problem. They also forgot/put off installing the flashing around a vent, so when it rained that night, several gallons of water ended up in my apartment. However, they were very friendly and accommodating about all of my requests, even some pretty anal ones, and problems and errors are bound to come up in such a large job which was done on such an old house. Most of the guys spoke little to no English, which was occasionally a problem. They were on time, on budget, friendly, and cleaned up well after themselves. To summarize - they were great if you, like me, have more time than money. If you're looking for an excellent job with no handholding, look elsewhere.

Called these people at 7pm on a Saturday night and they were there within 2 hours. They had the drain cleared within an hour and even put the camera down to let us see the pipe. The cost was a very reasonable $150.

They were on time and did the work quickly, but they tried to get me to spend $935 on a pipe that they said was leaking and it was not leaking nor is now.

They arrived promptly and gave an estimate. When it turned out that the work would be more complicated, they honored the original estimate. After replacing the clogged piece, they showed me how, using pliers and a plunger, I can repair minor clogs myself in the future. They were extremely friendly and professional and left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived.

Out of the 5-6 emergency services I contacted, only Joel at Atlas was able to come out immediately. He arrived when he said he would, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and did excellent work.
