Description of Work: They re did the pool with pebble, new tile and pavers around the pool. We also put in led lighting and an auto fill sustem.

Description of Work: We had them install a railing on the steps into our pool. It was needed for pool therapy for a family member. It was urgent as we needed to start therapy ASAP. The Pool Guys fit us in to their busy schedule as soon as they could. We appreciated their concern and will use them in the future.

Description of Work: They are in the process of refinishing our pool. We will have new lighting. tile and plaster. They are on time and hard workers. If we have a question they are always available. Can not have used a better company.

Description of Work: Acid wash pool, replaced mastic, new LCD pool light, cleaned coping and tile. Work went really well and April was excellent at communicating with me on a regular basis. She was also the only bidder that didn't immediately recommend re-plastering my pool. She suggested acid wash and sanding and the results bought me another few years of pool enjoyment without the high cost of re-plastering.

Description of Work: We had our jaccuzi re-surfaced. From start to finish - a very positive experience. April was extremely responsive and genuine. She was hands on -supervised every step of the process and communicated with me regularly to keep me informed of the progress. The Pool Guys was my best find via Angie's List!!

Description of Work: The Pool Guys repaired our 23 year-old pool and built-in barbecue quickly and efficiently in the exact time frame given at the start of the project. April provided guidance as to appropriate tile colors and helped us choose a semi-custom Stonescapes mix utilizing Midnight Blue plaster and Tahoe Blue mini pebbles. Now, one month later, we are thrilled with our decision to hire Tim and April to do the job. We would not hesitate to recommend the Pool Guys for your remodel or repair.

Description of Work: Our 40 something year old pool was in sad shape--cracks and a major piping leak. The Pool Guys did a complete remodel. Replastering, new tiles and coping, leak detection and repair, pool light replacement. They also did an extensive concrete pour and addressed a drainage problem in our yard. What a pleasure it is to look outside now and see a beautiful pool instead of what was once an eyesore. We have had a lot of construction done to our home over the years, and Tim and April--The Pool Guys--were among the best contractors we have ever dealt with. Aside from the fact that they are genuinely nice people, their operation is flawless. Their crew is always on task, and either April or Tim is onsite each day to oversee the work being done. As April said, "We'll babysit the job so that you won't have to"'. It is without reservation that we recommend The Pool Guys. Their work ethic, their honesty, their responsiveness, their quality crew who clean up the work area at the end of each day--you can't get better than this. When all the work was done, we felt like we were saying good-bye to friends. April said not to worry. They'd be around if ever we had any concerns. All we'd have to do would be to call.

Description of Work: Thank you Angies List for directing us to The Pools Guys!! - Tim and April were terrific in maintaining constant contact with us during our scheduling of fare quotes, questions and confirming our pool work order. They rebuilt our skimmer relay, replaced piping and resealed our pool area outside of the rip around the pool coping blocks. They were on time - reconfirmed their arrivals in advance and made sure that we received all their messages. We were pleased with their reasonable cost proposal and the pool repairs were completed on time and as contracted. They were professional in every aspect and exceeded our expectations in providing outstanding communication and customer service throughout the entire process to completion. We will call them again when we are ready to re-tile and replaster our pool. I took their business cards to work to pass out as I will highly recommend them over and over.
