The service turned out terrible. It was a big deal for $79 for $249 worth of electrical service. He didn't fix the problem, and in my opinion, you don't charge someone if you can't fix something. Before he came, I asked what he charged per hour, and I asked him where do you stand with the $79 and $249, and he said they charge by the job. I wasn't happy with the whole thing. They want credit card details in advance. I didn't get anything for $80. He didn't fix the problem. The gentleman was very nice, he was very polite, and he showed up on time. That was the extent.

The service provider did arrive 4 hours late, but overall he was polite and did a good job.

I'm pretty disappointed with this company. They delayed in contacting me at the time of purchase. I continued to follow up. Took another week or so to get onto the schedule - I'm lucky today is the 30days. Today, the tech came out. I wanted two can light to be hooked up into the main switch and a ceiling fan to be checked because the remote control was not working. The service tech showed up, I explained the scope, he contacted the office and came back with an invoice for $171 more on top of the coupon. I asked how long to do the work - a couple of hours. I asked why, he said he would not go into the attic and do the work from the light holes. Sounded odd. But what really sounded odd was a year ago we hired an electrical company to hook up 5 can lights to the same light switch. They charged $125 and it took 30 min. When I mention that to him he tried to justify his invoice, politely. In order to use the coupon, he did offer to fix the fan and give me an inspection. But that is not what I wanted or needed. I think my value of $299 with the original company I hired, I would have had my two lights hooked up and my fan fixed with a credit remaining. The tech remained polite the entire time which I appreciate.

I'm sure it was great otherwise I would have heard from my wife.

James was professional and completed the job without issue. He explained what he was doing and provided suggestions for easy/less costly updates in line of panel upgrade.

Steve was courteous and efficient. Provided detailed information when asked and made valuable suggestions where needed.

The electrician provided information, told me which items to purchase at hardware store and did a neat and attractive installation of the outdoor light as well as fixing indoor lighting and giving ideas for further interior and exterior lighting according to ideas I have for placement of furniture yet to be purchased and placement of art work once it is framed, etc.

Worker was professional and did a great job. We are very happy with the work. Also left estimates for other jobs that we might have in the future.

James was on time and very knowledgeable (especially for a Saturday!)
