Aliso was amazing. He was very thorough and worked hard at installing ballasts and bulbs. I would ask for him over and over as he's so very good at what he does and how well everything went.

Got our credit car number and charged $12,000.00 without our permission. A total scam. We were stupid not to use your service.

Contractor came on time. Friendly. Did not use the Panasonic on-line instructions for installing unit from below. Could not fit wires into same location as original fan/light switch, so installer asked for alternative location for a double stacked switch. We asked for the night light to be by the door (original switch location) and the fan and bright light near the toilet. New unit is much more energy efficient fan, and CFL light. But when he was done, he had cut a hole where a cross brace was and left it for us to patch. Then installed the new double stacked switch over a foot higher at a very non-standard height, nearly out of reach of the toilet. Then, although all three switches are from the same circuit and all lower wattage than the unit removed, the installer put the fan switch where we wanted the night light, and put both light switches across from the door at the unusual height. It was all done, when he showed us the results. We didn't feel we had to supervise or micro-manage the work, but I guess we should have. Now we have to step through the little room to turn on either light at night, and we had to patch and repaint the hole. He said it was good that Comfort Electric didn't charge by the hour. On-line reports by Home DIYS installers and electricians said it didn't take more than an hour to install the unit using Panasonic's instructions. We think this "BIG Deal" was a sham. Comfort Electric got paid the full amount. No money saved. No deal here. Extra work for us.

Heron arrived just after the estimated time he called me with. He proceeded to start the initial job (1 ceiling fan install) & agreed to install 2 more fans we had & repair the box for a 4th ceiling fan. After this, he did a panel check & corrected damage found and repaired a damaged neutral.

the person doing the work was not a licensed contractor. The owner of Comfort Electrici is a sole proprietor (Christopher Larkin) who does not carry worker's comp per information at the state contractors board (license 847040). When I questioned person doing work, he said. He was sharing license with owner. You figure this one out. My husband is a retired electrical contractor so I know a thing or two about how a c-10 license works.

The service was set for between 8AM and 8:30 and I took time off of work to be there. The service tech called at 8:10 and said he was on his way and would be there within 20 minutes. At 8:40 I looked outside and he was there but still sitting in his truck texting or looking at email on his cell phone. I asked him to come in as I needed him to get started and he asked me to explain what the problem was. I told him my GFI outlet was cutting out and turning off another plug. He immediately told me he would replace it and see if that fixes it and if it does not, he can come back out. Then he told me that the cost would be $219, their normal cost of a service call for this but they would give me a $99 credit. The part costs $12.00 to $15.00 from Home Depot. Now, I understand they need a mark up but .... He was there looking at the problem for 15 minutes. I paid for 1 hour labor. (At a reduce rate but that was the deal they offered on Angie's List) So I think he should have charged me for the part, perhaps $25 (a fair markup) and no labor since I paid for it via Angie's List. I feel this was a bait and switch. They offered you a bargain but not really. I am very disappointed with the service and since I did not accept there offer, I feel like I paid $49 and got nothing for it.

Took a long time but there were several issues that needed to be resolved. All issues have been resolved and I am satisfied with the work.

It went well. It was laborious for the 2 electricians, since tree roots were involved. They worked all day and job was finished around 5pm.

Arrived with in the windows. Was courteous and friendly. Completed job without incident and cleaned up nicely. Overall everything was wonderful.

Aliso was friendly and professional. Made sure a ground and all electrical was safe, and tested and confirmed all was working.

Comfort Electric was actually cheaper then the other company I got a quote from. Beau was very professional and very accommodating. He even said that he would come back if I didn't like the timer settings on my lights.

The electrician was very professional, and did a good job. He located the lest lengthy connection (less $$) through the upstairs bedroom. He was sure to ask how/where I would want the lamp placed over my garage and did a thorough and neat job. Very good experience, although I thought a bit pricey.

Once in home tried to say there were multiple things wrong to charge more money. Showed up with $14.95 fan from Home Depot and when finished charged $305.00; quoted $149.00. After seeing what he did, I replaced by other bathroom fan for $14.95.

Beau was on time and worked hard. Price was reasonable.

This big deal felt like a major bait and switch.

.I couldn't have asked for better,more competent service. Such a nice change from some of the repair and installation companies around lately. I am more than pleased.
