Description of Work: We first had them install a new air conditioner for one side of our house. They analyzed the situation, recommended the type and brand of AC, and completed installation. We had them come back the next week to install a ceiling fan in our family room. They were prompt and efficient in installation. They seemed very fairly priced.

Description of Work: Found a gas leak in our heat pump. Sealed the leak and refilled. The price seemed high at $100 per pound of gas. However the heat pump has kept our house warm and cozy for the winter.

Description of Work: They came to tune up AC. They said it needed Freon but would be costly; instead suggested replacement. They said they would replace with Carrier AC but on day of installation they referred to it as Bryant. What little paper work that was provided indicated it was actually a Payne AC. They did not replace our unit with a product as named; it was a builder's model made by Carrier. Bait and switch!
