Description of Work: We bought the Big Deal to get an inspection of our A/C. He missed the first appointment without ever calling. I called and we reset the appointment. He missed that one, too. We set a third appointment which he again missed without calling. I haven't heard from him yet, but I will NOT give him a 4th chance!

Description of Work: I had 25 yr old outlets and switches. Upgraded outlets to GFI, Upgraded Kitchen light to LED, Replaced and secured pool electrical.Excellent work. I have other projects I will use them for. Answered several questions I had, and helped me save some money so I could DIY switches and outlets. These guys are real professionals.

Description of Work: They installed a ceiling fan in an upstairs bedroom. There was not an existing power source so they had to do additional work and James was extremely prompt, efficient and very professional. He was also very neat and clean. It was a real pleasure doing business with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: They made a mess in each room where they changed out the electrical plugs & installed new ones (lots of plaster dust and cut wire pieces on the floor). He had several different helpers though-out the day and night with varying levels of competency. They made a big mess in the garage where they cut the plaster board to put wires behind the wall. The plaster patch job was the worst I've ever seen. He did say he was not a drywall installer but I could have done better myself.
