Description of Work: The service technician replaced the gfi plug in the laundry room and corrected a faulty connection in the other plug in the same room. Then he checked all other connections and made sure the junction box was working correctly. He did a great job, explaining as he went so I would understand what he was doing. I was very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: Appt was scheduled between 1:30-4:30 and at 4 pm I called the tech to make sure he was coming. He said he was still on another job which would take at least an hour before he would be finished, and he was 30 minutes away. I told him I needed a switch replaced in my Jacuzzi tub and he wasn't familiar with the type I needed and said he didn't have one in stock and I'd have to go buy one. I bought one online and will find someone else to fix it for me.

Description of Work: Changed out two very old electric outlets. Very nice tech (Beau). He explained what he was doing and why. He knows what he is doing, and had an alternate plan that would work better. He is personable and very professional. Cleaned up afterwards. This was the best experience with a contractor I have had for some time, thanks to Angie's List and Beau from Comfort Electric!

Description of Work: They replaced a light fixture after telling me it would cost me only $160 more on top of the $79. What a rip off!! Big deal? I say NO DEAL. I asked him what his hourly rate was and he said they charge by the job! That's a sweet deal for them but not for the homeowner! NOT GOOD!!

Description of Work: They replaced one outdoor light with a new one I provided. The ad said" $79 for service call plus credit towards repairs" Actually it was not credit it was a discount. I did not expect to pay more than the 79$ for this simple switch out of a light. I had to pay an extra 40$ for this minor project. To me this was a misleading promo.

Description of Work: Read the deal carefully and it said "Servicing All of San Diego County" so I bought it. I called the company days later to schedule service and they told me they didn't service north SD County nor east SD County. I asked them to add that to their business and coupon descriptions. They didn't seem to care. I called Angie's list soon after for a refund and the lady asked if I wanted to apply the price to another deal. I have looked but have not found one so I'd like to get a refund. Thanks.
