Description of Work: They labeled my new electrical box. The first person (James) that came out did not do the job. They had to send out another tech (Bo), he finished the job and did a great job. James had disconnect my light with a censor so I can see at night, Bo reconnected the light and now I am a happy customer.

Description of Work: I had these guys come out to do a general inspection of my home electrical system. They were punctual and professional, but I can't say that I felt they technician went above and beyond to meet my needs. Some of the analysis was helpful, but there were a couple of statements that were just wrong information and I felt the main goal of the technician was to get me to purchase additional services rather then listen to my questions and needs. To be fair, I paid $50 for an hour of an electricians time which I feel like was a great deal for what I received, but they missed an opportunity to win future business by missing the boat on customer service.
